Step into a slice of Old Florida when you step inside this adorable 1926 cottage. Complementary antiques and books fill the home's interior, accenting the space's vintage appeal. The private backyard paradise offers endless sun-soaked leisure between the heated in-ground pool, attached spa, and authentic putting green. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare delicious home-cooked meals. The cottage leaves you just steps from the beach and within walking distance of local shops, bars, and restaurants along Pine Avenue. The historic Rod and Reel Pier and the AMI City Pier are each within a mile of the home.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
