Beachy Boathouse Cottage, 2 BR,1BA, Private Pool, Steps to Beach and Bay-

Newly Renovated Boathouse Cottage is ready to welcome guests. New flooring, new beds, new furniture. Located on the west side of the duplex on the quiet street of Gladiolus on north end of Anna Maria. Removed from the condos, hotels, and crowds.

We are one short block from sunrises on the bay, and the historic Rod and Reel Pier. Two short blocks to sunsets on the gulf, and the pristine beach of Bean Point-the perfect place for shelling, strolling, fishing, boating or just a quiet time.

This 2 bedroom, one bath, duplex sleeps 4 and has ample living space with screened in porch, large private fenced in yard and heated pool. Many of you have stayed here in the past. As of 9/2020 under new ownership, both sides are available for rent, each side with private pool. The other side is called Angel Fish Cottages VRBO # 2053921.

Our patio is perfect for entertaining, outdoor barbeque's, and family relaxation. We provide beach and pool equipment.

This house was in a beautiful quiet area, two blocks from the beach. Having our own private pool was amazing. The beds were super comfortable. It was decorated so cute as well.

The house was spotless and tastefully done. The pool was amazing and had tons of outdoor seating. The location was perfect being so close to the bay and the gulf which allowed us to see the sunset and sunrise. Checking in was great, didn’t have any issues while we were there.

Everything about this stay was outstanding. The event was my youngest daughter’s wedding. The place we stayed was so cute and romantic. My wife loved it and that was amazing, she isn’t very fond of Florida. All in all it was a fantastic experience.

Beachy Boathouse Cottage was better than we imagined. Our family of four enjoyed the pool and the short walk to Bean Point. The house supplied us with everything we needed for our stay. Including beach chairs and an umbrella! The house was very clean and well taken care of. We cannot wait to go back!

What a beautiful, extremely comfortable, and spacious place to call our home away from home. The weather was not as sunny as would have liked, but we thoroughly enjoyed each and every moment of our adventures on AME. We especially loved the privacy and having our very own pool, patio and screened-in back porch. Thanks for your thoughtful touches. We loved it all and we highly recommend this beautiful home, rating our stay a 10/10.

Everything was wonderful!! We had some trouble getting into the house with the pass key and the owner immediately responded to my messages to get us in right away! The house was beautiful, clean and felt like home. The beach items were such a help for us as we traveled via flying. The kids loved the pool and screened in porch as well! We loved everything about this place and will definitely be back!

She thought of everything. Beach towels, beach cart, beach umbrella, beach chairs, pool floats and you're literally a 5 minute walk, from the beach. A very lovely place. Very clean. We brought our granddaughters, 8 and 15. Having the pool was super nice and they were in it a lot. We grilled out, a couple of nights, which is a nice option to have. Sat on the back porch and drank coffee, in the mornings. I have no complaints. AMI, is beautiful. We will definitely be back.

The boat house was very clean. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing. The pool was amazing and the house is in a perfect spot on the island, close to everything. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Getaway

North Florida natives- husband, toddler, and I stayed here for a little beach trip and it was perfect! Owners were super responsive and helpful. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds and close to the beach. Condo had plenty of beach gear allowing us to pack lighter. The private pool was amazing for soaking up the sun while the baby napped and he had fun splashing in the warm water. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with anything needed for your stay. We will definitely be back in the future.
