THREE MASTER SUITES-POOL -WATERFRONT ON CORNER LOT - BOAT LIFT -OUTDOOR KITCHEN

Our beautiful newly remodeled home away from home is located in St. James City, Florida. It was just remodeled from the last two hurricanes and is better than ever! The home is just minutes away from Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach by boat. The living area is very spacious with a leather sectional and recliner with a 65" tv. The kitchen has a large island for great entertaining or just hanging out.

Our home is three bedroom, three and a half bath, all master suites with your very own bathroom.
The first bedroom has a king bed and the bath has a shower and double sinks. The second and third bedroom have queen beds and the baths both have beautiful large walk-in showers with double sinks. Plenty of room for a large family or three! All bedrooms have their own tv.

The home is fully stocked with all linens, towels and beach towels. The kitchen is also fully stocked with anything you may need.

The outdoor living area has a covered lanai so you can enjoy lots of shade or plenty of area for the sun. So much room for the kids to run and play! There is also a small beach with sand for your enjoyment of the beautiful scenery and watch the boats go by. We are located on a corner lot so plenty of dock space for a large boat or boats. We also have a boat lift, two kayaks and a paddleboard included. We have just added a large tiki on the back side of the lanai for more shade and seating area. New outdoor kitchen provided with a grill, large frying burner and small drink refrigerator.

We cannot wait to share our paradise with you!!!

Great boating location

We had a wonderful stay! Everything we needed newly renovated and clean. Great spot with water views and easy access to the areas we wanted to boat to. Will be back! 3 bed/3 bath perfect for us.

Great house

This house is an awesome property, plenty of dock space, a great lanai area and has been beautifully restored since the hurricane. Heidi was an awesome host and we will definitely be coming back.

Excellent Views...Lovely home!

We loved our stay! There was so much storage...closet space and dressers for clothes! The kitchen was fully stocked...we ate in each night and there wasn't anything missing from the kitchen to cook with! We are frequent renters and this is the best stocked kitchen I have ever had in a rental. The views can't be beat...this part of the island is peaceful and calm. We saw manatee while we had coffee each morning! Each bedroom having its own bathroom was extra nice!

Wonderful

This home is excellent and is exactly as listed. Completely remodeled, clean and comfortable. The floor plan is well laid out and very spacious. The outside area is the most beautiful spot. A spacious patio area with comfortable seating, we spent most of our time there. We enjoyed the heated pool and watching manatees, dolphins and fishing right off the dock. We biked the neighborhood and enjoyed the area. Our host, Heidi was so nice and friendly. She responded quickly to any needs. We loved this place and you will too. Already booked for next year!

Great Place To Stay In St. James City!

Kudos to the Hosts.... The home was very clean and beautifully decorated! and Heidi our host made the stay very special for the family by placing a Christmas Tree in the home for the Holidays...how nice was that! The heated swimming pool was great, with a large brick paver patio and the beach between the Palm trees was a great touch. My Grandson loved to play in the sand and watch the Manatees and Dolphins swim into the canal. If your looking for a great place that is two canals from the bay and gulf than this would be it!! We will definitely be booking this home again!!!!
