Tropical Paradise! Gorgeous 3/3 Pool Home!

Zuzu's Fancy is a wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in a quiet St. James City neighborhood. This home is sure to please with its beautiful coastal décor and comfortable furnishings. Dolphins are often seen playing in the back canal while manatees swim in the front canal by the fire-pit. This home offers a screened in porch overlooking the canal and mangroves, with a large Tiki Hut and large outdoor area. Bring your boat! You'll find a great canal side dock complete with water and electric, fish cleaning station where you can drop a line or jump in your boat. Either way you will find some of the best fishing anywhere. Includes a large dock with plenty of room to tie up your boat. Just 3 minutes out to open water to some of Florida's best beaches on Sanibel and Captiva islands. Love kayaking? Easily drop in at the second canal front parcel included with this home! Beautiful spot to enjoy the fire pit! Pop on down the road to St. James City proper and enjoy one of our restaurants or bars. Live music, good food, and a great view are all easy to find here. Crab for for blue and stone crab right off the dock! NEW Fenced in dog run! *Pet friendly, $150 pet fee applies.

House was beautiful and clean. Pool was amazing and I loved drinking coffee by it in the morning. The host was very helpful whenever we had questions. Loved this property!

Well stock with kitchen supplies and perfect if you’re here for fishing. Pool was a big plus. Definitely would come back.

Great Home, Great Location, Perfect for Big Families

Great home, older, but well kept with quirky decor. Perfect for our large group of 4 couples. Beds were comfortable & AC was cold. Home was fully stocked with everything you could need. Plenty of towels for bathing & the pool. Pool area was great, very spacious & perfect after a day of boating. While the boat lift is unavailable to guests there is plenty of dock space. We were able to fit 2 22ft boats & at one point in time a friend of ours came to visit and brought his 32 foot boat, we simply tied one boat to the other & had more than enough room for the 32 foot boat to squeeze in. The driveway is a circular driveway & we were able to fit 2 full size pick up trucks, including trailers & one SUV in the driveway with no issues. The public boat ramp is about a five minute boat ride up the canal just a few houses down and you are in open water within 10 minutes. It’s truly a great location and we’ll definitely be back. Things to note, Publix and Winn Dixie are a little far, just hit them on the way in. You have more than enough pilings to tie your boat upto but no cleats. While the home sleeps 8 comfortably there is no large dining table to enjoy dinners together that is AC’d. The only large table they had was in the enclosed porch that area does not have AC, this home would be absolutely perfect if it did especially for summer travelers. Also, the management company is amazing, responsive, and wonderful to work with. Check in and check was a breeze!

Saint James City

we had a great 1 week family vacation full of fishing and boating. Plenty of dock space for 2 boats. kids were able to fish from the dock and saw dolphins. parking was ample for 3 cars and 2 boat trailers. Nice screened in pool area.

Island paradice. Perfectly done

We brought our 10 year old grandson which spent 90 percent of his time in the pool. Morning coffee next to the canal sitting under the tiki hut on the dock. Smart use of the entire space and nicely done. Wondering island feel. Warm and inviting. Nice place to entertain.

Awesome Stay

This place is awesome for a vacation spot. We enjoyed the pool and the 2 king suites were a hugh plus for us on this property. Pool is a relaxing place and we enjoyed in the Florida heat. We brought our 25’ boat and docked it and worked out great.

Great Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The layout of the house was nice. It had 2 master bedrooms. And another bedroom with 2 queen size beds. All of the beds were very comfortable. We spent most of our time outdoors by the pool or on our boat. Easy access to the open water. Pine Island bait and tackle shop was close by, so no driving too far to get bait.

Gulf "Beach" Gateway

The house was spacious and comfortable with a relaxed easy going atmosphere (except for the pool/hot tub area camera), We loved the de*cor... nice pool, hot tub, tiki hut and outside seating with bar. Easy short five minute access to the Bay and a short boat ride to the Gulf via the canal right off the homes dock. We brought our boat and enjoyed both the house and it's amazing access to the remote beaches on the gulf side of Cayo Costa, Captiva and Sanibel Island. We would definitely recommend this rental and will come back again.

East Coast Boaters

My family came with us to enjoy getting to know the Sanibel area by boat. The dock was very nice with room for two boats and we enjoyed the nearby Sanibel beaches. The pool was very enjoyable and the house was nice with room for everyone

Great location, great home, great amenities.

The boat lift was a great perk to the property, the back yard was getting a pool built during our stay but we would love to revisit after it’s finished it would be perfect afterwards. Overall a great place to visit or vacation.
