Are you and your family or a group of friends looking for a fully equipped large house for your next vacation in Boulder? Our home is set in the laid back and friendly neighborhood of Park East and is positioned right on Boulder’s bike/walking path (the bike path is right behind the house/back yard). The house is conveniently located extremely close (3-5 min walk) to Baseline Rd. and Foothills Parkway, where you will find several shopping areas of Boulder. You will find restaurants, a grocery store, Walgreens, liquor store, urgent care, and more. Chautauqua Park and Mt. Sanitas Hiking Trail are less than a 10 minute drive from the house (also several other trails). In addition, its close proximity to Foothills Parkway makes it easy to leave the Boulder area if you are traveling outside of Boulder to Denver, Rocky Mtn National Park, the Boulder Reservoir, or the Summit County area for skiing and snowboarding. If you decide to ski or snowboard closer to Boulder, Eldora Mountain Resort is only a 40 minute drive.

Upon entry to the house, walk up the stairs to a large living room with a huge comfy sectional couch, 65 inch flatscreen tv, 8 person dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sliding glass door to the raised deck that looks over the big back yard and the Boulder bike/walking path. Upstairs there is one master bedroom room (king bed), 2 other bedrooms (both have queen beds), and a full bathroom. All the bedrooms have a theme! Go downstairs to another master bedroom (king bed), another full bathroom, the GAME ROOM, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

I pride myself on how clean my house is. We keep the house immaculately clean. You will be staying in one of the cleanest Airbnb`s in Boulder.

Amenities: A Pack `n Play and High Chair for your little ones are also available to use in the home!

Note: If you have an elderly family member or any other special needs that might not do well with stairs, you can enter through the garage to get to the lower level of the home.

Guests have access to the entire home! Please ask me for the key to the garage if you would like to use the 2-car garage! Also, the yard games are in the shed in the back yard!

I will be available 24/7 to help guests with anything and everything you need during your stay!

Three minute walk from - Safeway Grocery store, 7-11, liquor store, restaurants, Walgreens, Urgent Care, and more. The home is located in a great neighborhood! The Boulder Bike/Walking Path runs directly behind the house. The path gives you easy access to everywhere in Boulder! The house is a 5 minute drive to CU and Folsom Field, 8 minute drive to downtown- Pearl St, and very close/easy access to the highway that takes you to Denver.

There is a driveway where 2 cars can fit, and also free street parking.

The house is pet friendly, the back yard is fully fenced in and there is even a doggie door in the laundry room downstairs! I LOVE dogs, I am a huge dog person! Please keep your pup off of all furniture and beds. Please pay the pet fee if you have a dog or dogs, if my cleaner finds dog hair once you have checked out, you will be charged the pet fee. My home is SPOTLESS, so it`s very easy to tell!
No smoking anything in the house.

No parties. You are welcome to have a couple friends/family over for dinner or game night, but please no loud or destructive parties. I want to keep wear and tear on the home to a minimum.
Please respect my neighbors and avoid playing loud music during quiet hours. Please keep noise levels down after 10pm.

No shoes in the house, especially no high heels. Sorry... the floors have gotten scratched up in the past from previous guests.

No pets on the couches or beds.

If you damage or break something, please let me know so I can replace it in time for the next guest.

Most of all, I want you to enjoy your time at the house. If there is anything missing, needs to be cleaned, needs repaired/replaced, please let me know so I can make it right for you!
