Blue Octopus #6 Beach Access. Ground Level.

Clean and cozy 2BR unit just steps from an incredible 7-mile long scenic beach with a shallow tidal river, tide pools, long gentle surf break that is great for families and the family dog. Perfect kite flying beach!! The unit is fully equipped for cooking, chilling out with smart TVs and WIFI. Short drive to Manzanitas or Cannon Beach for amazing restaurants and shopping, awesome hikes down to the beach at Arch Cape. Come chill out with views of the beach and the sound of the waves!

Please note that this unit (#6) is directly below Unit 1. It is an older building and sound does carry between floors. You can expect to hear the renters above you. The view and space are awesome!!

Very pleasant stay

Nice little cottage and very comfortable. The location was fantastic, just steps from the beach and a short walk to shops. The train passes by during the day, but we loved it. The whistle made us laugh every time.

I wasn’t overly impressed with this home given the price. It could’ve used a good deep cleaning. Sand on the floor, moldy grout around the bathtub. Location was good and it was easy to get into, but I wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

Perfect location in Rockaway Beach

The best thing about this property is its location. It is just across the street from Pronto Pup's famous corndogs and just steps from the front door to the beach.

Will be back!

When they say "ocean front" they mean it. Room was very clean, even the silverware. Beds were comfy. Room was warm and cozy. Only issue was the 9 people and dog staying in the room above us. They did keep us up ALL night. But thats on them, not this place. Sounded like they were training horses to dance between the hours of 11pm and 5am.

Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a little difficulty getting in because we arrived after dark, and it was difficult to see the keypad. We hope to stay here in the future.

The place is nice, Would Recommedn

Great Place. Wonderful location. It was clean, and welcoming. Would recommend to management to change blinds in rooms, They are covered in rust and inexpensive to replace. The windows themselves need a cleaning there is a lot of gunk around them on the inside. Also the pots and pans could use an upgrade. Or invite people to bring their own. Everything else superb and would love to stay again next year.

Nice and clean. The decorations and furniture were adorable. We were a little confused that unit six didn’t have a reserved parking spot, but we found parking okay. The smaller bedroom’s bed sank a bit.

Perfect Spot for a Group Trip

Such a wonderful location with everything you need for a group stay. We spent one night and the host was extremely flexible with our accommodations. Beach access is even closer than expected, which made a late night bonfire even more accessible. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and we would be happy to return again!
