Great location, within walking distance of the beach and near by attractions.

We always enjoy our stay here. We have looked at renting more upscale properties but this place is our favorite due to location and being family friendly.

Great beach getaway

The house was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans and utensils. The location close to the beach was perfect. Highly recommend staying here.

Great family getaway

We love the privacy and convince of this property. We have been coming here since 2014, and always look forward to our stay. The location is prime, just a block from the beach. The kitchen is adequately stocked and the owner is trustworthy.

The stay was very pleasant. The beach is literally short safw walk right around the corner.The house is small but laid out very well. With 4 kids and 3 adults we were quite comfortable. Will definitely be back.

I highly recommend staying at Vikram’s place! So many thoughtful touches throughout, very comfortable and super easy access to the beach. Hope to stay here in the future!!!

Unfortunately we cannot give this rental a positive review. The house had a bad smell like toilet backed up and/or mold upon entering. The host had left Febreeze presumably to help with the smell but it really didn’t. The rental was not clean. Many stains on carpets in both bedrooms and on both living room chairs. Host left note that one chair would be cleaned the following week, but really all living room furniture should be replaced. Carpets in bedrooms should be replaced too. Couch in living room was not as pictured. Was very uncomfortable, small, old, and had a bad smell. Pack n play downstairs was stained and there appeared to be mold growing in washing machine. We had planned to wash clothes but did not due to condition of washer with mold. Pile of old deck furniture on deck was dirty/rusty/mossy(?). Dust bunnies and cobwebs throughout and stained walls in loft area. We were 2 adults 2 kids and could not get comfortable here wondering if anything was clean. We made a last-minute rental elsewhere for the only two nights we could, so we paid for both rentals at once but it was worth it for a reprieve from this house. This house should not be listed in this condition, especially for the price paid. We strongly encourage owner/host to examine property and deep clean, replace furnishings, etc…Positives: location to beach outstanding, local contact communication very good and left welcome gift, kitchen was clean (was cluttered but we found everything we needed).

Spring Break 2016

As always, this place is organized, simple (but not lacking), private and cozy. This is our favorite getaway. We love this place and can't wait to come back. So many beaches and so much to do and see!
