Villa 1 minute walking to beach with pool A/C pet friendly

Vacation property located in the north area of Playa Jacó, in a street that ends directly in the beach. Beach is located at about 200 ft, just 1 minute walking
It is an area of very low vehicle transit and a very quiet environment but also at a relative short distance from Jacó dowtown where restaurants and shops could be found
There are three separate accomodations rented together: casa Gecko, casa Rana and casa Tortuga all of them within the same property with its own pool and open terrace area
The space
There are three houses/cabins that are rented together. The details of each one are as follows:
Casa Gecko: it is the biggest of the houses. It has a full bathroom with shower, living room with smart TV, sofa bed, full kitchen and a room with one queen bed plus one twin bed and one additional sofa bed. It is equipped with A/C in the living room and another A/C unit in the bedroom.
Casa Rana: it is the medium size house with a room with two twin beds, A/C, kitchenette and full bathroom with shower. It also has a small living room with TV.
Casa Tortuga: it is a room with a queen bed and A/C. There is an external restroom right next to it.
Guest access
The three little houses are located in the same property fenced together and the private use areas available are: pool, terrace with a outside dining table, bbq area, restroom for common use and external shower
Other things to note
The area where is located is very quiet with very low traffic of vehicles because the street ends on the beach in an area where parking vehicles is not allowed. The beach is at about 200 feet from the place that is about 1 minute walking. Other services offered are: use of beach cart with beach chairs and umbrella, boogie boards for children. There are available 2 banana bikes for guests' use, they are perfect for the flat Jacó streets.
