Welcome to Fair Winds, Beach Colony East Unit 12C, a luxurious fully furnished updated 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium home rising majestically above the beautiful uncrowded sandy shores of Navarre Beach. This home's height and placement in the building closest to the water affords breathtaking views of the sunsets, beach, azure gulf waters, sweeping coastline and the Beach Colony Resort pool, the largest on Navarre Beach, as well as views of Navarre Beach's Famous Fishing Pier! Gracious living areas let on to an oversized terrace that beckons you to relax outdoors and enjoy memorable sunsets, gentle gulf breezes and outdoor living at its best on the beach.

Purchased from the original owner, this is a first time offering for the rental market. From the spectacular 12th floor view to the luxurious accommodations, your family or group of friends will have the makings of a truly memorable vacation.

We have completed our first full year of offering Fair Winds, and are proud to share our five star reviews with you. Going into our second year, we have added blackout curtains in both bedrooms two and three, maxed the tv size in the atrium bedroom to fit the cabinet and added a 50" tv in the master bedroom. All the bedrooms have new Sony Blu Ray/DVD players.

This was our 3 rd year staying in Terrys unit.He was very communicative and the space was impeccable as usual. Kitchen was well stocked with appropriate appliances and we loved that. View from balcony is stunning. We took walks to Navarre pier a few times, it was great to see anglers catch. We will try to book 4th year again. Thanks Terry for being a great host!

Absolutely top notch host! This is our third year in this unit and we continue to be impressed with everything about our stay. Owner goes well above what is expected. Highly recommended for the best beach on the coast. I could go on with so much more, but bottom line is you need to try it to believe it. Great job.

We stayed her for a week and absolutely loved this condo. We have stayed in alot of VRBO places and this one is at the top. You have everything you need and there is a closet outside that has all the beach items you could want. Terry was communicative and even gave us a tip on where to get the freshest seafood!If we come back to Navarre, I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Condo and views!

This is a beautiful, well stocked condo. One of the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was perfect for our family and the balcony views were amazing. The owner was wonderful! He even let us know about possible traffic issues due to the air show and let us arrive early to avoid traffic! We hope to return next year!

Wonderful Condo

We rented this condo for a week, and really enjoyed the stay. The Condo was very clean and well furnished. Beautiful view of the ocean, and it was pleasant to sit on the balcony every morning and drink coffee, listening to the ocean. The Condo Complex is very nice, with fast elevators, plenty of parking, a nice pool, and an easy walk to the beach. Really good seafood in Navarre as well - we liked the "where ya at" local restaurant. We will definitely be coming back.

We loved our stay, everything was clean and comfortable. The balcony was great and perfect for relaxing. Beach was perfect and just a short walk away, we also enjoyed the pool. This was our first trip to Navarre and I would definitely come back. Terry, the host provided all the info we needed and parking was easy.

I can’t believe what a gorgeous condo Terry has! Beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, excellent appointments. I usually bring my own non stick and the ones provided were as good or better! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Terry was so responsive during our arrival. I would DEFINITELY book this again and hope we are able to next year. Thanks for an amazing stay! Exceptional rental!!

A must rent. Hands down the most immaculate, well-appointed property we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. The photos are accurate. The host has provided every single thing you need to enjoy your time. The ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom are spacious and allow for privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you could possibly need. The beach is beautiful and well-maintained. Soft sand with chair and umbrella service and you can walk for miles. We travelled with our adult children and they loved the condo. Close to the Navarre Pier and there are breathtaking views from the terrace. Wonderful experience. Book it today!!experience. Thanksgiving in Navarre...as usual!

We enjoy Navarre and have since the late 1990's! Over the years we have stayed in various condos and/or houses and it has become our home away from home which is Lexington, KY.This particular unit is exceptional and the owner is so easy to communicate with and rent from. The weather was amazing during our stay and the fishing was just as incredible.We will likely be back next year!

Beautiful Condo

My grown daughters and I were very impressed with the facilities. There was plenty of space with comfortable fuirniture and any appliance you might need. The beach chair setup and contents in outside closet was a bonus. One of the best condos we have stayed in during many rentals on the gulf coast.

Beautiful Place in Navarre

My family had a great week. The condo is stocked and very clean. Beautiful views from the balcony. We enjoyed both the beach and pool which never felt too crowded. If you’re looking for a laid back relaxing vacation this is your place. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay!!!

The unit was beautiful and was stocked with everything you can think of! The commination with the owner was fantastic! I could live on the back patio area and it was so nice to sit outside and have breakfast every morning! We will definitely rent this unit again. Two Week Relaxing Stay

We’ve been coming to Navarre for many years and this is the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. It was very clean, furniture was comfortable (especially liked the two recliners), kitchen was well stocked and condo was well supplied. I’ve always taken garbage bags, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, etc because other places provide minimal supplies. This condo was well supplied. The decor was a pretty coastal vibe without the overdone beachy look of so many others. Typically the first thing I do is move all the breakables and knickknacks out of our way. No need here. It was beautiful without being overdone. Terry ordered binoculars and they came while we were there. Another nice touch. The beach service is also another perk that I look for when renting. But I think the best was the comfortable bed in the master suite! It’s the best I’ve slept in a long time. I even missed its comfort when I got home. I’d love to know the brand because I’d buy one. It’s that comfortable! It’s a great condo - a 10 for sure.

Awesome condo and location

**Navarre Beach Condo Review** We had an amazing stay at the Navarre beach condo! The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the beach. The balcony was a standout feature, offering a fantastic place to relax and take in the scenery. The condo itself was awesome. The shower in the master bedroom was particularly noteworthy – it was amazing, and you could even see the beach from the shower! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you might need, including high-quality pots and pans. The air fryer and the crock pot were a great addition and came in handy for quick meals. While our stay was nearly perfect, there are two small recommendations I have: adding a TV in the master bedroom and providing clearer instructions on how to access the front of the beach with the chair service. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to enjoy Navarre Beach!

Awesome condo right on the beach!!

This condo is awesome. When we arrived, it was immaculate. (Kudos to the cleaning crew!!) Parking, unloading our belongings, and access to the unit was easy and hassle-free. Perfection!!!

This condo is gorgeous. The Property Manager has thought of every possible need and is generous with many extras you don't have available typically. The space and layout of the condo is perfect! The Balcony is the Bestttttt! When we weren't enjoying the beach and ocean we were on the Balcony of this condo. Perfect for enjoying the spectacular fireworks show done off the pier on the 4th of July! We all loved our time spent here and would very much return! Love Navarre!

First time at Beach Colony

communication with the Manager was great, checkin and out was very easy, a couple of minor things that needs to be updated, but this condo was very nice and one of the best stocked condos we’ve stayed in.
