The Space:

This splendor one bed, one bath, was recently built and provides a luxury feel throughout the space. The kitchen features high-quality appliances, solid surface counters, and modern wood cabinetry along with high-grade wood-grain laminate flooring. Refrigerators are complete with ice-makers. Enjoy the pool, gym, and spa on your stay!



Reminder, on the second floor there is the community room featuring the pool, pool table, open offices and a TV.

THE POOL IS OPEN FROM MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND THROUGH LABOR DAY WEEKEND (CLOSED: SEPTEMBER TO MAY).

THE HOT TUB IS AVAILABLE YEAR-ROUND, THOUGH USE IS WEATHER-DEPENDENT AND MAY CLOSE IF TEMPERATURES FALL BELOW 30°F. IT MAY ALSO BE TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE FOR ROUTINE CLEANING, MAINTENANCE, OR EMERGENCY REPAIRS. THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS IS ALWAYS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY.



Guest Access:

With secure access, there is a deadbolt lock along with a lock box on the railing where you can easily access.



The Neighborhood:

This unit is in the perfect location as High Street (half a mile) , Downtown Columbus (3 miles), The Shoe (1.5 miles) and Ohio State campus (1mile) are all right around the corner.



Getting Around:

Many activities are in walking distance but there is city transportation if needed. Columbus has ample street parking along with most venues having their own parking.

POOL RULES:

This is a private pool for all Tenant and guest use, available to those within the apartment complex

Daily Pool Hours: 9:00AM – 10:00PM.

Any/all guest(s)/visitor(s) must be accompanied by a Tenant at all times and he/she is the responsibility of the Tenant. Each Apartment may host no more than two guests total.

Pool furniture is not to be removed from the pool area.

No rafts, large balls, toys, glass containers, pets (except pets permitted by law), cut-offs, thong-style swimwear, or alcoholic beverages permitted in the pool area.

Proper swim attire required at all times. Persons suffering from communicable illness, skin diseases, eye, ear, nose and throat infections as well as persons under the influence of intoxicants are prohibited from using the pool.

No running, ball playing or throwing, pushing, wrestling, dunking or any other horseplay is allowed at any time

Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Pool area under surveillance at all times.

NO DIVING



HOT TUB/SPA RULES AND NOTICES:

Maximum capacity: 12 people.

No persons under 18 years old permitted at any time.

For safety reasons, the hot tub is maintained at 104°F, there is no lifeguard on duty, and the area is not supervised, so no one under 18 is permitted to use it.

Individual stay of no longer than 20 minutes at a time.

No smoking, alcoholic beverages, or glass containers permitted.

No person under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol may use the hot tub.

Proper swim attire required at all times.

Pregnant women and persons with health related illnesses should consult physician before entering hot tub.

Management may eject from the pool area any Tenant, occupant, or guest who violates these rules, and fines in accordance with rules and regulations.



VIOLATION OF ANY RULE(S) SET FORTH HEREIN MAY RESULT IN FINES TO BE DETERMINED BY MANAGEMENT.



Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
