Family vacation

The property was exactly like the pictures. The location was great. We were only twenty minutes from Disney World. When we visit Florida again we will try to stay at this property again!

Grandma's Christmas for Grandsons at Disney World

Family vacation for the grandsons and the house was lovely. Updated appliances, beautiful table setting. The location is in a very nice community. The pool area is very inviting.

Great house!

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean upon our arrival, kitchen is well-stocked, beds are comfortable. There was more than enough room for our family of 4. This house can easily accommodate at least another 4 people. The pool stayed warm. Owner was very quick to respond to my inquiries. Thanks!

MARVELOUS HOUSE

the perfect neighborhood , the dream house , something that is very important to us the kitchen , it had everything a kitchen should have , the house was very clean , and above all , the water in the heated pool was really perfect , just a tiny suggestion , the kitchen knifes needed a little sharpening , i really recommend this beautiful house to everyone

Clean and private

We stayed at this property and had a great time. The house was clean and well stocked (although couldn’t find oven mits for some reason). Communication with the owner was prompt and friendly. I highly recommend the pool heat during the winter
it felt like a hot tub! Some things to keep in mind (none of which are deal breakers)The ride to Disney took us between 30-40 minutes during the week due to traffic. Weekend was much shorter but not a close ride if you wanted to take a break from the parks mid day. Also, the garbage disposal was broken and would backup the kitchen sink when the dishwasher drained. It had a really bad smell because of this but could be fixed now. Overall a great property and wouldn’t hesitate recommending it.

Wonderful relaxation spot

Stayed here for 2 weeks while we navigated the many parks of Orlando with 2 teenagers. The villa was spotless, very modern and exactly like the images online. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil you could ever need. My advice is if you have room in suitcases, throw in kitchen basics such as bin bags tin foil hand soap. Save you a fortune when there. Pool area was lovely, toys and inflatables there to use. Beds very comfortable and plenty of storage. Plenty of towels and good washing facilities for laundry. Nice quiet neighbourhood and close to many shops and restaurants. My only complaint was the BBQ was left very dirty and needed a lot of cleaning, we gave up and couldn't use it. Would definitely recommend this villa and would go back on a heartbeat.

Lots of items broken - need insurance

Although the place was decent and the pool temperature was great, there were a lot of things broken. I had to deal with leaking in the kitchen and needed to be involved in tradesman coming in to fix it (the owner responded very quickly, however) which is not what I want to be doing when on vacation.There were missing light bulbs here and there and the master bedroom's bed has a broken footboard decoration which almost made me fall down when I leaned on it.To make matters worse, one of the adult guests (150lb) slept on a twin bed and while laying on it, the bed collapsed. The owner claimed this through my property insurance even though the break was not our responsibility.Make sure to get property insurance when booking this place in case something else breaks!!

Only 1 roll of TP per bathroom (never had this happen with rental before) Fridge and freezer were set to hottest settings so nothing was getting cold/frozen. Pile of yard waste at end of driveway we had to move so both cars could park. Some instructions in house were not in English. Had to message when trash was because all cans were full when we arrived and trash was day before we got there. There was a dirty beach towel on pool deck. We had issues with the keypad. Wouldn’t always light up and you had to keep tapping it. Also. I should not of had to carry the grill through the house to use it. And it was out of propane. When we messaged the person about the keypad issues and that we paid out of pocket to get a new propane tank for grill they never messaged me back. Couldn’t open garage door because it had a permanent lock on it and couldn’t use game room (garage) because it was like a sauna in there. Still haven’t heard from person about paying us back for propane tank we had to refill.

Tucked Away but Accessible for Orlando Vacation

I chose this property for our family's first vacation because I hoped it would be a private and quiet retreat among the busyness of Orlando and that's exactly what it was! I loved how quiet and tucked away it was (we didn't even see any other people outside and we stayed during spring break!), so it felt like a break after a day at the amusement parks. It was also super close to Medieval Times (literally down the road) and putt-putt golf, so plenty to do. My kids loved the pool and it was nice to have the option to heat it as well. The lounging furniture by the pool was also very nice and made it feel more like a resort. My preteen son especially loved the PS4 that was there! The space was perfect and she had everything we needed, like soap, dishwasher tablets, pool towels, and dishes. Also super important to have a washer and dryer with 5 kids! The host was also super responsive in answering my questions and concerns on the trip because I have never booked a rental space, so I really appreciated that. The only issue we had was seeing a cockroach inside, which I now understand is very common in Florida, but she still sent an exterminator very promptly to check it out, just in case, and having a lockbox over the A/C which made it hard to adjust, but again, she instructed us on how to do that. Overall, it was an ideal location for a family, especially if you don't want to stay directly in Orlando.
