Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear that you found the house spacious and suitable for your family. We would like to clarify a few points mentioned in your review so that future guests have an accurate understanding. The pool and hot tub heating issue was reported and a technician attended on Saturday, the same day, and the issue was resolved and the case closed. On Wednesday, you advised that the heating was not working again and stated that no one had attended, however the property manager had attended and spoken with the children at the house. Once the issue was raised again on Wednesday, the property manager explained the system and the matter was resolved. We also note that guests are asked to report any issues directly to the local property management team using the contact details in the guest guide so that problems can be resolved quickly. In this case, several concerns were raised after hours rather than through the reporting process, which led to emergency call-outs. After check-out, the property manager documented that the home required additional cleaning and reported several damages, including a missing TV remote from the kids’ room, a broken footstool, damage to a bathroom vanity surface, and a missing power point frame. These were documented immediately after departure and were not present prior to the stay. We always aim to communicate politely and professionally and to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We also appreciate your feedback regarding some household items and are continuing to make updates and improvements to the home. Thank you again for your feedback and we are glad the size of the home suited your group.

Thank you so much for your review. I’m so sorry that you had some disruption on the last night. I will pick this up with the HOA Management team to ensure this is addressed. So glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay
