Entrance Door: The convenience continues at the entrance door. No keys required here either – you'll have a unique key code combination for seamless access to the house. We've made check-in a breeze with our smart lock system. You can check in on your own schedule without the need for a physical key exchange.

Here's what you need to know:

Exterior Security Cameras: For your security, we have exterior video cameras at the door entrance, gated parking area, front yard, and A/C area at the back of the house. Please note that there are no cameras inside the house, respecting your privacy during your stay.

Unique Access Codes: Upon booking, you'll receive a unique lock code for the gate and an access code to enter the house. These codes are personalized to ensure your security and convenience during your stay.

Shared Property: There are two Airbnb listings on this property. While the second one may or may not be booked during your stay, please be aware that the backyard is shared with the other Airbnb guests if it is booked. Our policy strictly allows access to registered guests of Casa Exotica/Studio Exotico only. Any unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval will be kindly asked to leave the property immediately & charged a fee.

Guest Registration: To maintain security and comfort for all, kindly register all guests on your reservation. Please note that our house accommodates up to 4 guests initially, with the capacity to hold a maximum of 8. Any guests beyond the initial 4 will incur an additional fee of $25 per person.

Garbage Collection: Garbage pick-up days are scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays for your convenience.

Housekeeping and Photography: Daily housekeeping services are available upon request with an additional charge. We also offer photography services if you wish to capture your memorable moments during your stay.
