We loved our stay here! House was in a great location with plenty of space. Restaurants and things to do a short drive away. We loved the pool as well. It was just a short walk away.

Short Stay

Our group needed an overnight stay and this property was perfect for that. We enjoyed dinner at a nearby restaurant and then a quiet evening relaxing at the house. The patio was great. Quiet neighborhood that was perfect after a day of travel before getting back on the road.

The house is beautiful and nicely maintained. The bed and pillow’s were comfortable. The only thing I suggest is to change the shower liner in the master bedroom.will definitely be back tho !!!!

Ideal house and location

We (family of 5 including handicapped Grandmother) stayed here for 5 days as we were attending a family wedding in Wilmington. It was clean, handicap accessible and had ample space for us all. During our stay Anthony was quick to respond to the couple of questions that came up. Thank you!

Very Nice

The house was beautiful, brand new and very clean. Check-in was super easy and communicating with the host was simple and easy. The neighborhood is a little out of the way, but in a brand new development with lots more being built around it.

Quick trip to the beach

6 of us stayed comfortably here. The 4 bedrooms gave everyone space to be together, but have individual space as well. The open kitchen and living space was great to gather. Location was also great to be in a reasonable driving distance to where we wanted to go. Everything was in like new condition. Host was very quick to respond when needed. Would stay here again.

The host was extremely kind by letting us check in early. The home really lacked character. There were paint splotches throughout the house. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. You are not allowed to use the washer and dryer unless you pay a fee and are staying there for at least seven days. They do not provide shampoo, conditioner, or soap for the showers. The TV in the living room is so small you can barely see it from the couch. The Internet was so slow. We couldn’t watch a movie on Amazon prime because it kept freezing. Overall a blah experience. Except the host being very kind to allow us to check in early. We would not stay here again.

We own two rental properties one in Winnabow NC and another in Leland NC. We love that we can create a space that people can use and enjoy. Our goal is to have multiple properties at affordable rates so everyone can travel!

This property is 4 beds, and 2 baths, with alot of open land. We love it because the whole development is tucked in, but still so close to everything! We call it "Off the beat-in path!"
