Summary:

Personally hosted by Paul & Alicia of Dancing Palms Vacations, this stylish coastal home is just a 6-min walk to the sugar sand beach. Start your day with coffee on the breezy front porch, then lounge by the heated saltwater pool surrounded by banana palms. In the evening, grill in the tropical backyard, cozy up by the fire, or stroll to beach bars, open-air restaurants, and ice cream shoppes. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, style, and unforgettable memories. 🌮



The Space:

The entrance to the house is up a level of stairs, with a midway landing that leads to the covered front porch. Inside is an open concept living room/kitchen /dining space. The master bedroom has a King, second bedroom has a queen, third bedroom has 2 full beds. There is a pull out sofa in living. There are 2 bathrooms, one is shared. The backyard has a large covered patio lanai area next to the heated pool with plenty of seating for both dining and separate lounging, and shade all day. We have covered parking for 2 cars plus 2 more uncovered.



Guest Access:

The entire property except locked owners closet, attic and storage closet(parking level).



The Neighborhood:

6 minute Walk to the beach, Times Square, restaurants and bars. Avoid the high season car traffic with our walk to everything location.. by sidewalk! We are located in the North End area near the Diamondhead Resort, a great happy hour spot. WE have peeks of the bay from the front porch.



Getting Around:

You can walk anywhere including the beach, Margaritaville, or Times Square. You can also hop on the free open air tram on Estero Blvd to go to/from town.



Other Things to Note:

The free Fort Myers Beach open air Tram can be accessed near the end of our street during operating hours. The Tram can take you to town with shopping, restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops.

Great location, short walk to the beach. The pool was very warm and refreshing, especially as it cooled off during the week! Make sure you plan for the bridge traffic, we walked and rode bikes most places. We rented a golf cart for few days for fun as well. Very relaxing and low key area, was perfect for our family Christmas. Hosts were extremely attentive! They made sure we had a Christmas tree up for our granddaughter! The beach wagon had a faulty wheel and they had it replaced the following day. The pool area was great with plenty of seating and a covered porch with a fire pit, we played lots of games out there in the evening. Beautiful beach, they have everything you need for beach days (umbrella, wagon, chairs, sand toys) Thank you for making our Christmas special!

This property was in a great location for the area. The interior was well kept and well organized. It was very tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed from plenty of towels, everything needed in the kitchen, and a great patio area with grill, heated pool, and fire table.

Amazing

Loved the house, very cute, clean, enough space. private pool area, short walk to the beach, they had beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas to use for the beach with a wagon to pull it all in. they provided board games, we had such a wonderful time! Highly recommend!

New year’s family vacation

Such a great property!! Everything was great! This house has everything and more! Owners were super helpful when we had questions. We were a family of 5 and had plenty of space. You are in walking distance to the beach and downtown which is great because traffic gets crazy after 4:00. We will be back! Loved everything about it!

Fantastic Property with Exceptional Hosts in a great location

The property was amazing! The location was incredible. Paul and Alicia were exceptional hosts and answered all our questions, took the time to check in with us and graciously let us into the property earlier than the check in time. The house was extremely clean and very well decorated. All the mattresses and the bedding were luxurious. They also provided everything needed in the house to ensure an excellent beach vacation, ie, chairs, umbrellas and a cooler.The pool and the firepit were great too! The hosts had a book that was a great resource for local restaurants and activities to hit up. Overall, this house was incredible as were the hosts!!

Our New Favorite

My family visits Sanibel Island / FMB regularly, and this home is our new "go-to!"   We originally booked and checked into our "regular" rental on Sanibel Island, but issue after issue forced us to leave after 2 days.  We somehow got lucky enough to find Alicia and Pauls' home!  This house is amazing!  The property is beautiful, and the private pool was a great place for my family to relax at the end of day.  It is a 5-minute walk to the beach, coffee, ice cream and shopping. There is a wagon, beach chairs and coolers for your trip to the beach.  The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need including a gas grill and a fire table in the back.  The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the neighbors were great!   We can't wait to get back this fall!

The hosts went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable. Paul was always prompt with answers to our questions!The house has high end appliances and decor which is very pleasing. The location is 5 star. Lovely easy walk to the beach. We went every night for sunsets! Beach is clean quiet and huge! Neighborhood is quiet and walkable to Times Square activities, Moms for breakfast or Love Boat for homemade ice cream. Pool area is beautifully appointed with very comfortable cushioned furniture. We used the Blackstone Flattop grill and loved it!We hope our next stay at Beyond The Sea will be longer than the 3 weeks we spent there this year! This lovely couple understands what it takes to make tourists feel like locals!

We loved it so much we moved to the island ourselves and are only a short scooter ride away. We love sharing recommendations of all of our favorite things to do, see and eat!

The island is 7 miles long, we bought on the North side which is conveniently located close to town. You can grab ice cream, head to the beach, have dinner options and never have to get in the car! Times Square has many live music venues and dining choices from fresh catch grouper🐟 to handmade pizza. We are only a 6 minute walk to the beach but you are tucked away just far enough to enjoy your own little quiet retreatđŸŒ±

Decorated in blues, greens and warm white tones brings the sand and sea elements into the house. The covered front porch is heaven in the morning with a cup of coffee☕ The best part; the tropical backyard with a thick comfy new couch and chairs that are under full shade. Don't worry sun lovers there are plenty of loungers to load up on vitamin D! Another bonus; the fire table and string of lights to enjoy the evening ambianceđŸȘ”
