Explore beautiful nearby beaches, unforgettable rocket launches, and historic downtown Melbourne favorites. Quick drive to Orlando attractions or USSSA Space Coast Stadium (baseball/softball). End your day with a game of pool and dip in the hot tub while the kiddos make s’mores & memories at the fire pit.
The space
Bedroom 1: King Bed, memory foam mattress and hotel quality sheets, full bath with separate vanity for multiple guests getting ready. Work space in room, large walk in closet and large Roku smart TV

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, memory foam mattress, hotel quality sheets, vanity with mirror, 2 large closets, Roku smart tv

Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed with trundle. Twin over Full, and additional twin trundle. Top Bunk 200lbs max. All beds have new memory foam mattresses, and hotel quality sheets. Ideal for up to 4 kids but probably too small for adults.

Living Room: Pull out couch that sleeps 2 small people or 1 adult, a 65" Roku TV, remote control blinds for your sleeping comfort

Dining room: Seats 6

Family Room: 7' Pool table and other games to enjoy together

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee pot, pots and pans, plates, cups, wine glasses, kids dishes. Kitchen includes a table for 4.
and has 2 bar stools for extra seating.

Patio: Space Coast Neon photo op, hot tub, outdoor seating, outdoor bar, and Roku smart TV

Outdoor: Huge private yard, fire pit, and outdoor shower, corn hole.

Beach Towels, 2 Beach Chairs, a surfboard, 2 Bikes and 4 Roku Smart TV's supplied
Guest access
Guest will have access to entire property with exception of small supply closet in the laundry room. Guest will access property with Nest Lock and code given prior to check-in
Other things to note
Absolutely no parties allowed. All occupants must be on the reservation. If you plan to have guests you must get prior approval from the host.

Maximum 4 cars that must be parked in the driveway at all times.

We have great neighbors and respect them. Please respect the quiet hours.

Home is suitable for families and infants but it is not baby proofed ( gates, locks on cabinets, outlet covers, blinds in master with pull strings with safety clip on wall)

The living room has a step down. Please be careful!

Please obey the posted hot tub rules

Please be aware that there is a small canal to the left of the property. Sometimes it is full of water depending on rainfall. The canal has a slope down and guests with children should be aware of this.
