Beautiful home with an expansive view!



The Space:

Tiffany House is a gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home located in the heart of Crystal Beach! Though this 2600 square foot home is considered 2nd row, the property offers expansive views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico from the deck. Relax in the living area on the comfortable sectional sofa, or take advantage of the well-stocked kitchen to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. The kitchen boasts an extra-large refrigerator and a Nespresso coffee maker. The island offers bar seating for 3, while the dining table can accommodate eight! You can even dine outside on the deck, with that view of the beach and the calm salty breeze.



This home sleeps 16 comfortably. On the top floor, you will find the primary bedroom that features a king bed with an impressive ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two features 4 queen beds. There is an additional hallway bath on this level.

On the main floor you'll find another bedroom with one king bed, as well as a bedroom with two more queen beds. There is a hall bath adjacent (but not connected) to these bedrooms, and a half bath under the stairs for your guests's convenience. If needed, you have an additional sleeper sofa located in the living room that can sleep two.

The living and bed rooms feature 55 inch televisions and satellite TV, as well as high speed internet.



The upstairs deck offers beautiful views, but the downstairs is also home to great amenities. You are just steps away from the beach. There is a built-in bar with seating; it's perfect for entertaining, and for eating the meals you prepare on the charcoal grill. You will also find a sand shower -just what you need to rinse off your day at the beach.



We know you will enjoy your stay at Tiffany House. It's a lovely oasis that is conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and the Crystal Beach night life!



No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

July 4th weekend stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice, clean and had the best views. I would stay there in the future. The staff answered all questions and were very attentive during our stay!!! Tiffany house lived up to our expectations. 10 out of 10!!

Great plenty room. Downside it’s on the busy incoming road. Across road from porta potties. Gets noisy at night.

The beds were amazing. The mattresses were so comfortable. The two decks were great to relax on in the morning and afternoon. It was right on the beach. The rainfall shower and bath were so nice. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plan to make the beds! This is a nice house and a good layout and it is one house away from the beach, which was great. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having all the bathrooms. With that said, the house cleanliness was fair. It was located across from the public entrance to the beach and portable bathrooms and showers, which was an eye sore and very busy. But my biggest complaint was about the linens and having to make the beds. Swedes did not make this clear and they informed me that the linen company had till 8 pm to get them to the house. The sheets and towels were delivered at 3 pm. Not a paper towel or towel in the meantime. Not a good start to our trip. Also, no dish soap and very scarce for kitchen equipment

The early check in and late check out is the best! Tiffany house was beautiful, clean and had plenty of room for our family and it was beach front. it would be beneficial to put a larger sectional downstairs in living room so more people could gather while eating!
