This Luxe Condo will be a stylish, spacious, and relaxing experience at a centrally-located place in downtown Atlanta! This NEWLY renovated 1 bedroom condo is in the heart of Downtown Atlanta! Minutes from Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, World of Coke, Americas Mart, and so much more! Perfect for weekend adventure, couples getaway, or business travel.

The Space:
Located on the 22nd floor of the Historic Peachtree Towers, get ready for amazing Skyline Views from the exclusive balcony! This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo boasts a super comfy King Bed with plush linen, spacious living room with a Murphy Bed, and a pull out Sofa Bed. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, resort style bathroom and the most exclusive relaxing patio with no other patios in sight!

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire condo! Laundry Room is located on the basement floor of the building.

The Neighborhood:
In the Heart of Downtown Atlanta! Close to EVERYTHING!

Getting Around:
Surface parking lot right next to the building. Cover parking garage right behind the building. Both requirement payment. Street Parking available as well.

Uber and other rideshare is less than 3 minutes away with great pricing!

Other Things to Note:
This unit is a traditional boiler/cooler system that is used throughout the building. There is a unit in each room. Fan speed can be controlled by switching the knobs on the unit. The building switches the AC to Heat and Heat to AC at the appropriated times during each season.

The property was exactly as advertised and the host could not have been more on top of the rental or have been any more responsive. The unit could use a good deep cleaning as the rugs were dirty but it wasn’t anything that needed to be fixed immediately. The major drawback was out of the owners hands as the building itself reeked of pot smoke in the halls and often times it came into the room and the front entrance is full of homeless people after dark. It’s a good option for the Mart as it’s so close.

This was the perfect stay for my stop in ATL.I decided to stay because my layover from Tulum was there. Great decision. Fantastic view of the city while being a walking distance from the iconic Georgia Aquarium! Top Tier!

Awesome view of the city at night! Very clean property. Listing was accurate. Only negative was no ice from the ice maker in the fridge. Might not be hooked up. I did find a big ice cube trey for like cocktails but that was it.

Condo close to Americas Mart

This Condo has a great view of downtown. The Apartment was perfect for my husband and I as we were working at the Atlanta's Mart Gift Show. We could walk back and forth. It was a very short walk. We were able to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner if we wanted. There were plenty of restaurants near by.
