Incredible oceanfront views on North side of building allows for Bay views as well! Spacious and open, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a large balcony to enjoy the beauty of the ocean, the bay, and front row seats to OC fireworks. Unit offers 2 bedrooms with a King in the master and Queen in the 2nd bedroom, as well as a Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room. Living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms offer spectacular views of the ocean. Unit offers central air and washer/dryer with much of the unit newly renovated. UPDATED FOR 2024: All kitchen appliances, full size washer/dryer. Building is well managed and has indoor/outdoor pools, huge sundeck, ping pong/billiards room, sundries shop, tennis, and game room! 24/7 security. Guests are responsible for linens and towels, but a service is available for a fee. Need a stroller, crib, baby equipment, wheelchair?? Ocean City offers many companies to accommodate your needs:

If you are looking for an amazingly put-together, convenient place with an adorable beachy vibe, this is it! Check-in was super easy; hosts made themselves available if we needed anything (but we didn’t!); it was spotless; and all of the beach essentials were in the condo for us. This made our “Moms’ Getaway” absolutely perfect!

Amazing week at the Quay!! Place was very clean and tastefully decorated. Owner's are super responsive and communication was very detailed and easy to understand. Nice bonus was the beach umbrella as we brought our chairs and planned to rent one but didnt need to... will definitely stay again!

Family Beach Trip

Great place for two couples and a toddler. We enjoyed having the pool after a day on the beach. It was nice to be able to walk to stores, ice cream shop and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

The room was great! It had everything you would need for the beach including chairs, umbrella, beach cart, etc Steve and Dawn were wonderful to deal with and check in was fast and easy.

Very impressive stay for us. 2 parents and 2 kids (ages 7 and 5). Everything you would want in a stay and it met all of our needs. The Quay is a great resort. Most impressive part for me is zero crowd noise in the halls or above. Very peaceful and relaxing trip. Steve and Dawn were amazing to work with and clear communication from the start! Highly recommend to anyone looking into.

Good Afternoon, so sorry you were not properly directed at check-in. We are thinking maybe the employee who misdirected you was new. I wish you had reached out as we always keep our phones by our side in order to be accessible to our Guests. We've worked hard at making our Welcome Letter detailed in order to avoid any type of potential for miscommunication. We contacted Maytag regarding the washer as it is only 6 months old and the rep indicated the machine will shut down if it becomes inbalanced. As for the towel issue, we have contacted the company providing this service. We pride ourselves on doing everything we can to make the Guest experience the best it can possibly be. We are so sorry you experienced these issues.

Relaxing Vacation

Steve and Dawn are amazing hosts. The location of the house to the beach is fantastic and just what my family needed. The extra beach chairs, toys and beach cart are a huge bonus to the place. Communication up to and during our vacation was amazing with Steve and Dawn. My husband and family can't wait to return and book again.

Family vacation

The condo was perfect, wonderful view of beach, we had the pleasure of having some wicked thunder storms at night and that was just awesome to see!! When we were not on the beach, we were poolside. The pool was very nice as well. Definitely will be returning if our vacation dates will allow us too!!

Quick getaway

The owners of the property were very friendly and quick to respond to initial request to rent and any questions I had. The place listing was accurate. Very spacious and comfortable with nice view of beach and bay. Check in was a breeze. We would stay there again!
