Beautiful Beach Home on Nettles Island with Private Beach Access

Our home is located on Nettles Island, a gated 5 star community resort on Hutchinson Island. This is a spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home on located on the south wall with over 55ft of sea wall. Breathtaking views of the intracoastal from nearly every room. 2 balconies plus a spectacular large covered area to enjoy by the water as the house is built on top of 16 pilings. Top quality furnishings throughout the home. Nettles Island is surrounded by the Intracoastal Waterway with direct, private access onto the Atlantic Ocean beach. There is an oversized heated pool overlooking the ocean along with bathrooms and a snack bar.

Our beach home is approximately 1900 square feet and has an open concept living and dining area. The living room has a large slider opening up to the outdoors. The master bedroom also has a sliding glass door which opens to a private upstairs patio. There is also a full size washer and dryer located on the third level. The master bedroom and second bedroom share a spacious bathroom on the third level. The second level of the home contains the third bedroom and another bathroom.

There are many free amenities to enjoy at Nettles Island. There are five (5) wrist tags located in the house for you to use at the recreational areas during your stay. These wrist tags are your access to the pools, recreational facilities and sporting equipment. Children 12 and under do not need a tag. If you need more than 5 tags, you may purchase them from the Nettles office for $25 a piece. Note that there is a $50 fee charged for each missing tag. Free Wifi and cable as well.

Other Things to Note:
-Pets are NOT permitted in the home or on the property. Smoking is also prohibited in and outside of the property. Please also note the garage is not available for use. There is a golf cart available for an additional fee.

-Hutchinson Island has three causeways that lead to the mainland; Fort Pierce, Jensen Beach, and Stuart. These three areas offer many entertainment, restaurants, and shopping experiences.

-Nettles Island is a gated community and manned 24 hours. When you arrive the gate will have your name and give you a pass for access during your stay.
