Lake Hartwell is directly off the balcony. 2.5 miles (7 minutes) to Clemson University campus. Comfortable family friendly condo with 4 queen bedrooms and 4 private full bathrooms. Brand new living room furniture, decor and paint throughout! Fully furnished with well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. All linens, including comforters, are switched out between guests. Clubhouse with swimming pool, gym, pool table and ping pong table. There is a boat dock, swimming dock, sand volleyball court and basketball court on the property. Perfect spot for a football weekend or exploring with your Clemson student. Come see for yourself what the Clemson area has to offer! We stay here regularly for Clemson events so it's very comfortable. Unit comes with 4 parking passes for the complex. This unit is on the second floor with one flight of stairs to access it.

The mattresses were comfortable, and having 4 ensuite bathrooms was very beneficial. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only recommendation I would make is perhaps more spices for those that enjoy cooking during their stay.

My ‘mom’ friends and I were wowed with this home from the minute we stepped inside! It’s so rare to find a 4 bedroom, 4 full bathroom home close to Clemson. It was the perfect stay for a mom’s weekend. We each had our own privacy but a spacious family room with comfy couch, kitchen bar stools and full kitchen to hang out & catch up in. Communication was easy & efficient. All accommodations were clean and comfortable!Thank you so much for allowing us to use your home. We would love to return!

We had an amazing stay. Just miles from campus and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for multiple family members to have their own space. Brandt was very responsive and helpful! Place was clean and in good condition.

A perfect stay

Everything about our stay was perfect! Brandt was extremely helpful with questions and booking. The condo accommodated my family of 4 plus 2 sets of grandparents comfortably. The beds provided a great night of sleep, the kitchen had all the cooking essentials and we even enjoyed the workout facility at Hart's Cove. It is located close to Clemson which worked out wonderfully for us to go back and forth to enjoy all the festivities for Graduation. We definitely highly recommend!

BEST VRBO...

This is 3rd time my family and our Friend's family have rented a VRBO to stay at for a Clemson Game weekend. This Place was the Best out of the three. Great host,Great location, Beautiful Lake, pool, and the area. Very clean. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the Host-Brandt

There is a reason all the reviews show 10/10. This is definitely a great place to stay! This condo has everything you need and is super clean and organized. The parking is right out front and the area is quiet as it's tucked back away from the main road but very easy to get to. The check in/out process is simple! The owners were very kind and helped educate us on what to expect during our son's first year at Clemson. That was most appreciated!

Convenient, Cost-Effective, and Clean!

Stayed in town for a game, and as Alumni my friends & I knew that it's hard to get a location more convenient than Hart's Cove for gamedays. The check-in/out process was seamless, and the 4 parking spots were great as well (any Clemson alum can tell you how hard it can be to find parking near Clemson). The furniture was all comfortable, and the place was stylishly designed. Would recommend!

Rivalry game

We stayed at this property for our annual Wake Forest dads vs Clemson kids weekend. Everything about the stay was easy, convenient and efficient! Plenty of space for everyone and it is extra nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. The owner provided 4 parking passes which made it possible for our Tiger kids to be able to drive over to visit, and the overall location was quick and easy to get to town and the stadium. We would definitely recommend it!

Perfect spot for Clemson move in weekend

Such a perfect, clean, well-equipped condo. Easy quick access to Clemson, comfortable beds and living space, each bedroom has its own bathroom, kitchen well equipped for basic cooking, lovely travelers amenities like device charging blocks. Easy check-in, good communication with owners. The only thing that we could have used was some shower soap but we made do with the hand soap. Thank you! Hope to be back!
