Cotton Bayou Condominiums is located near the heart of the family-friendly, beachfront town of Orange Beach, AL. Close to Perdido Pass, it features a boat launch and first come/first serve docking. There's even an on-site cleaning station. Orange Beach is a great place to get away from it all, yet we are located right down the street from restaurants, stores, and even the legendary FloraBama! Of course you may never even want to leave the condo after enjoying the canal view from the balcony and all the amenities offered…paradise awaits. Local activities include: charter fishing boats and fishing equipment at nearby Zeke's Landing Marina, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm/Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in unit or on balcony.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Great property and location.

Close to all things Orange Beach. We pier fished, hung out by the pool, enjoyed the area. House is very clean and functional. Beds were comfortable. Car parking underneath so in the shade. Manager sent all the info we needed in advance no issues at all. TVs are Roku so easy to use. Nice view of Cotton Bayou from the back deck. Great breeze too.

Couple’s weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay. It was fine for the short amount of time we were there. It was right on the water and perfect for being able to bring our boat being that’s where we spent majority of our time. The house was clean but lacked in the furnishings. There was no coffee tables, no end tables, or lamps in the living area and made for a unwelcoming and not very relaxing space. The kitchen could use some updating dinnerware and other items. It was definitely not stocked for a larger group to utilize comfortably. There was no available T.V service or internet even though there were T.V’s. This was not an issue for us but for the amount of money that was paid to stay here it should’ve definitely been included. We have been coming to this area ( Ft. Morgan ) for years but this was our first time staying in Orange Beach.
