Great job hosting us clean home great amenities only 2 tho gs the 25.00 card to access the property seemed a little shady to me and should be included in the pricing. Kinda of a surprise but I guess it’s the developments rule. Need to disclose that. Other than that great place to stay!!

We’re glad you enjoyed the home, its amenities, and our communication throughout your stay. We understand how the $25 fee per vehicle may have come as a surprise. This is a resort-imposed fee for vehicle entry, rather than a charge set by us. The fee is noted in our listing description, but we understand how easy it can be to overlook details when planning a trip. We appreciate your feedback and will continue doing our best to make important information as clear as possible for our guests. Thank you for staying with us!

Perfect for a big family and friends

The villa was perfect for us. We took poolheat, and the kids loved to be in the pool. Cooking was very easy with supermarkets like Aldi and Public and Walmart within 5 minutes. Everything was available to cook and live a happy vacation stay. If we return to Florida for a vacation, we will definitely consider this beautiful home!

We had a great stay at this home. The house was just as pictured in the listing. The home was clean and had what we needed. Easy instructions for utilizing the theater room and checking in. Be mindful of the additional fee to heat the hot tub and to park in the resort area. The host was very responsive. We’d recommend this home!

We had such a lovely stay at this property! The photos are a very accurate representation of the home and everything was very clean upon arrival. The host was exceptional to communicate with and was always very prompt with responses. The movie room was such a great benefit and our family thoroughly enjoyed that feature. The kitchen is also very well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils/pots and pans. Check in/check out was very easy and smooth. The resort overall is also very nice! It’s about a 3-4 min walk to the main pool area/playground. You’re also within a 5 min drive to Walmart, and a 10-15 min drive from many shopping and restaurant options. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

The house was great for our large family. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms and spaces for everyone. It was in a nice quiet area as well with a 24/7 security guard for added safety. There was a walking path around the lake which was really nice to walk in the mornings and the evenings. Check in was simple, no issues. We chose not to have the pool heated which meant the hot tub was also not heated, this was a little disappointing but there was a hot tub at the club house so it wasn't a huge deal. Everything seemed to work fine...the wifi got a little slow if everyone was on it though, but no real issues. The only thing we would recommend to the owner is having extra towels/sheets/blankets at the house. The location is great, not too far from the parks, maybe 25 minutes away on average. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house.

It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’re so happy to hear you would recommend the home. You’re always welcome back anytime!
