We wish you a warm welcome to this perfect four-bedroom villa with a truly unforgettable lakeview private pool and spa. The master bedroom on the right side of the villa boasts beach vibes with colorful boho décor, and a king size bed with fresh, clean bedding to allow for much needed rest for your action-packed days. The master bedroom opens out onto the pool area and has an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, as well as a huge walk-in closet. Over on the opposite side of the villa, there is a queen size bedroom, children’s Disney themed bedroom with twin beds, and another stylish twin bedroom at the end of the corridor. These three bedrooms have convenient access to a shared bathroom with a bathtub/shower. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and smart TVs with cable channels available on the master bedroom and family room TVs. The spacious open plan living area is finely decorated with elegant, modern décor and cozy furnishings. The front dining area comfortably seats six guests along with accompanying window seating. This area is adjacent to the front living space, including a large smart TV and comfortable couches to offer a separate place to relax and unwind. Leading through to the back of the villa, you’ll come to the open kitchen area; offering all your self-catering needs from all major appliances, to a Keurig coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There is a breakfast bar and an intimate kitchen dining area. The main family room has a fantastic view, looking right across the lake to the children’s play area, surrounding natural beauty and walking route around the lake. Enjoy endless family fun between having a splash in the east facing pool or soak in the spa, and playing in the game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey and a wall mounted TV to top off your entertainment package. From the tranquil lake view to the clean, fresh interior with vinyl flooring and tile throughout, you'll know you've found paradise and we're sure you'll be wanting to come back time and time again!


Located in Lake Berkley Resort, a gated community, including a clubhouse, communal pool, fitness center, tennis courts, play areas, and three lakes perfect for a leisurely stroll. Fishing is also permitted in the lakes within the resort. All the onsite facilities are included with your stay. The gate has 24/7 security for your peace of mind. There is a Walmart Supercenter just 1.2 miles away.

We are the property managers, as well as the host for your stay. Rest assured; you will be well looked after from booking to leaving after a well enjoyed vacation. Access to the home is 24/7. You will be provided with a unique access code that will only be provided to you for your stay.

A pack n play, highchair and park stroller are available. Please request this when you book if you would like to use them during your stay.

There is a BBQ grill located at the home. If you would like to enjoy the use of it, we only require a $70 one-time rental/cleaning fee. Please note this is otherwise a self-service amenity and our guests will need to refill the propane tanks when required.

If you fancy a warm dip in the pool, please inquire about our rates to heat the pool as an optional extra. We're happy to discuss how you'll benefit from the heated pool and whether it is recommended for the time of year you are staying.
