New Townhome built in 2023 4 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 Baths, (Sleeps 8)
Has a Gaming room in the basement Foosball, Shuffleboard, and a Large 75" TV with 185 channels, 1200Mbps internet with Xfinity. AC, Baby Supplies, two car garage. Fully stocked kitchen with all the supplies you might need.

Perfectly located to all major attractions in Colorado Springs, close to Academy Boulevard and Powers. it is Centrally located just 7 minutes from UCCS University. 20 minutes from the Air Force Academy's south gate, and 20 minutes from Peterson Space Force Base. Just minutes away from movie theaters, shopping, entertainment and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor Hotel and many more attractions.

We know you don't like leaving family behind so pets under 50 pounds are welcome. Non smoking. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new Keurig coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, full size microwave, brand new stove, fridge, oven, The family room has a cozy fireplace and 65in TV and can be easily viewed while working in the kitchen

We also have a foldable crib available if needed.

If you are still wanting to take care of something before heading out starting the dishwasher helps our cleaning team, but again you are on vacation and we are happy to take care of everything.

The home was very clean and lots of space! It was close to all the major attractions in the area. We really appreciated how helpful the owner was as well. We would absolutely stay here again when we are back in the area!!

This rental was absolutely beautiful. Convenient location and will definitely stay there again at some point in the future if available. The host was very accommodating and the amenities were above average.

Great townhome!

We rented here for a month while our new home was being finished & enjoyed it very much! Nice neighbors & quiet neighborhood, highly recommend!

Great Colorado Springs Getaway

Good, safe location, away from busy traffic. Comfortable beds with nice shared spaces. The game tables were a fun addition. Would stay here again.

A must stay if you’re coming to COS!

This has been, hands down, the best VRBO experience I have ever had. Chad is an excellent and responsive host. If I had any questions he was quick to respond. The house is beautiful and perfect for all of your family’s needs. It was a perfect spot for us to stay and is close to all store and restaurant conveniences. Chad had everything ready for our toddler so that our stay was nice and cozy for everyone. I highly recommend staying here!
