The second bedroom is also furnished with a flat-screen tv and private full bathroom. The upgraded kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for entertaining, the living area offers plenty of seating with a sofa and three chairs and a flat-screen TV and the dining area offers seating for 6 plus 2 barstools at the wrap around bar in the kitchen. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.
