Phoenix VI 812 offers a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and there is no lengthy check-in process.



Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at Phoenix VI more than any other vacation property in Orange Beach.



Phoenix VI amenities offer endless days of fun in the sun with private beach access, a large outdoor pool, children's pool, indoor pool, fitness center, racquetball court, saunas, hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts and a grilling area to cook your fresh catch.



Phoenix VI 812 offers 2 spacious bedrooms with a king size bed and 2 queen size beds and a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 8. The master is furnished with a flat-screen TV, private full bathroom and access to the large balcony overlooking the emerald waters of Orange Beach. The second bedroom is also furnished with a flat-screen tv and private full bathroom. The upgraded kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for entertaining, the living area offers plenty of seating with a sofa and three chairs and a flat-screen TV and the dining area offers seating for 6 plus 2 barstools at the wrap around bar in the kitchen. Relax on the spacious balcony with a dining set for four and a comfy lounge chair perfect for catching up on a good book or dolphin watching. Phoenix VI 812 is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping.

Parking: Parking is a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle upon check-in. One bedroom units are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom units are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Overall, a lovely stay. Would have given 5 stars if it were not for some missing items from the check-in info email, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Also, the shower in the non-master bathroom had woefully low water pressure that made it difficult to properly shower off after long days on the beach.

Good Property, great location.

Overall, we enjoyed the property. Location is great and it is as pictured. Smooth check in. There are a few repairs/changes that need to be made. The master bed is very squeaky. If you move a lot or have a child to rock, etc., there will be noise. The master bath tub also had a drainage issue, but it was not a big deal for us. We used the shower in the guest bedroom.

Property was great. Had a problem with the electronic lock on front door not working on arrival. Called the problem in and lock was replaced right away same day.

Beach also excellent, sand is so soft and white. Updated kitchen, with lots of kitchen utensils for stay. Master bed was comfortable, but well used and very soft. Living furniture just ok, but never really used since we sat on balcony for everything. Three grocery stores within minutes, including lots of restaurants. Great location to everything in area. Would stay again.
