Very well managed

Avantstay keeps the properties in excellent condition and I would stay at any property they manage. They offer many amenities beyond just a place to stay.

Clean room, close to Biltmore and shops. Neighborhood housing is crowded. Other houses were not kept and run down looking making the entire neighborhood look bad.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was wonderful and the location was exactly where we were hoping to be in Asheville. The owner was great to work with and if ever in the area again, we will definitely look to stay here again.

Great place to stay for a weekend trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was extremely clean and was great for our small group. I love the fact that it had three bedrooms and three full baths. The downsides were only two things: the seating area in the kitchen (table is great, but the benches on the sides are basically 2x4’s which are not comfortable to sit on for more than a few minutes) and the parking (very tight and can only accommodate 2 cars). Otherwise it is a great house in a great location.
