Discover a stylish and contemporary beach apartment situated right at the heart of one of Puerto Rico`s most beloved beaches and vibrant tourist areas. This spacious retreat is ideal for families, friends, or couples looking to unwind and savor a tropical getaway on this stunning island. Nestled in Condado, it’s perfectly positioned next to a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, bars, casinos, hotels, and, best of all, the beach itself. Once you`re here, you won’t want to leave!

This is a great neighborhood, 3 min walking to the beach, neighbors are families so very important to follow quiet hours.

If you`re looking for a hassle-free way to get around San Juan, we recommend using Uber or a taxi. Both options are easily accessible and can take you to your desired destination without the stress of navigating unfamiliar roads or finding parking.

However, if you`re interested in exploring more of the area and want the flexibility to go wherever you please, renting a car can be a great option. Some popular car rental companies in this area include Target Car Rental, Avis, Hertz, Enterprise, and Budget.

Great stay!

Overall a great stay and would recommend. Missing a few critical items, like a broom, but otherwise a great place. Everything works as it should, I'm in the property itself is well maintained and clean. Property is within a gated community, with only one way in and one way out. Provides a sense of security, but can be a nuisance at times

Short

We sent one night at this property before deciding it would not work for us. We moved to the Doubletree Hotel and stayed there for 9 nights. I do not expect a refund, but you only live once and I do not want to waste any time in a dive like that.

Lovely comfortable and safe

We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as listed in the ad. Entering the house was difficult as the number two on the keypad was difficult to hit just right. However, we managed. I would suggest changing the code to one which doesn't have the number two in it. No dressers to put clothes in , which would be nice but we did just fine. Very safe and quiet. Will definitely be back

Visiting friends

The small but cute apartment was well appointed. One of the air-conditioning units in the bathroom wasn’t working but I’m sure it will be repaired quickly. Thankfully one of us didn’t care so much about the AC. The bathroom could use some shelving for toiletries but other than that the unit met our needs and I would recommend. The beach is walking distance, but I would be careful as crime is reported.

Locked gates

This was a nice location, and we felt safe. Our place was very clean and stocked with essentials. The issue I had was that the host does not give you a key to the gates for the complex. You are expected to use the main entrance all the time. At the main entrance, security yells at you because you have to walk thru where the cars drive, instead of using the locked gated sidewalk. We did not rent a car and walked to the beach & supermarket. The supermarket is a 3 minute walk thru a locked gate, a 15 minute walk thru the main gate. We were thankful to a neighbor near the gate for trusting us with their key. This may not be an issue for some people, but we are a retired couple and appreciate easy & simple common sense. The host should be supplying a key to sidewalk gates.

Horrible, Do Not Stay Here!

We had an extremely disappointing experience at Puntas La Marias hosted by Houzze PR. Night one was dreadful, encountering issues like a hazardous refrigerator door that cut my toe, a bed leg breaking by simply sitting on the bed and the Host not being able to fix it or provide an alternative for the evening. Living out of our suitcase due to no closet space, a small bathroom sink with no counters for toiletries and inadequate silverware, among other issues made the stay uncomfortable. The cleanliness was subpar, and safety concerns left us feeling uneasy. Despite leaving the next day after informing Houzze PR, the 50% refund for the remaining nights of our reservation, per their policy, is still pending with no communication. Definitely do NOT stay here and perhaps stay away from any properties under Houzze PR Property Management Co.! p.s. we ended up staying at a different place we enjoyed and they gave us a 5 star guest rating!

Probably wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Like in the other reviews the sink is extremely small. One room has no remote for the ac so my partner ended up getting sick because we couldn’t adjust the temp. No tv remote and when brought up to the host she simply did nothing about it. Until after the fact bringing up inconveniences on property they said “we’ll send someone to bring a remote in the morning” we spent 6 days there and never got a remote. The remote and the sink was the least of inconveniences throughout my stay because I didn’t go on vacation to watch tv anyways but it would have been nice to watch the news and the sink was no problem but none the less. No signs on premises that state “do not put toilet paper in toilet” I was on my period and threw my bloody piece of toilet paper in the toilet and the toilet got backed up and the only toilet plunger on sight was broken. When brought up to the host they replied saying I over used toilet paper and that they would send a handy man over in the morning and send me an invoice. The bed in the coldest room is being held up on one side by bricks. There are no apartment numbers on any of the apartments there and there is no lighting to go to the back of the home which is extremely scary when you don’t know who or what is lurking in places you are unfamiliar with. Also since it’s so dark you have to flash your flashlight in order to see the key pad to enter. The host replies quick but often with inadequate help.
