The manager, owner is absolutely awesome. The beach is just a ten minute walk away. The wifi is top-notch. He has an emergency backup generator and emergency water cistern. The prices are very reasonable. He has various sized rooms. A person can't find a more economically place to stay in the area is my opinion!‌🤸

Overall perfect for the price

The small apartment is just minutes from the strip and beach walking. The host was excellent: available, handy, and welcoming. I would recommend my own friends and family here. It’s is perfect for any solo traveler or couple on a budget. The area is really chill. Good coffee and restaurants in walking distance.

Good in a pinch

When we walked in we found our room easily, it’s off of a courtyard. The bed was comfortable, the overall vibe of the place is a little grungy. That’s okay—it was for a reasonable price and as long as you’re not expecting the lap of luxury you’ll be fine.There is the plus of a banana tree growing in the courtyard, and a picnic table. We stayed in and painted into the evening. The bananas were not ripe while we were there but the possibility of eating a banana right off the tree is pretty cool!Not too shabby overall.

Great location. Close to the beach, very walkable. Communication with owner was excellent. Allowed us to get in a couple hours earlier than normal check in. Property is decent, and suitable for a couple nights. It is a small room. Noise from neighboring units was clearly heard. The bathroom appears to be an add on to the outside of the building, possibly a porch that was enclosed. It was sufficient, but lacked any shelving / hooks / storage.

Convenient place

Room had an amazing shower, AC very powerful, surrounding very quiet neighborhood, and close to supermarkets and walking beach, also several restaurants. I would go back, no complaints...fridge was not working as it was supposed to, but then it did. would go back.

Beyond Excellent

This is an amazing cozy studio. Peaceful where at night you can sit outside the terrace and enjoy a peace of mind. Beaches, Restaurants, close to every place you wish to explore in Isla Verde. I just can’t say enough about this place. The owner, Anthony is very pleasant and available to answer all your questions. Hospitality to the max. I truly recommend this cozy Studio 🙏

Communication with owner was excellent. I arrived to the unit and was disappointed with the rating. I paid for 2 nights but did not stay. When I arrived and saw a connecting door to the other room right next to the bed I did not feel safe or any privacy.. Also the bed and bed sheet made it look like it was a cheap motel . I had to rebook a new place last minute.

Good for an overnight stay by the airport

This apartment was clean and convenient to the airport. It is as portrayed in the photos. The bed is okay and the bathroom features the world’s smallest sink. The one caution I must add is that the building is concrete and all sounds from the adjoining apartments are greatly amplified. This is due to no fault of the owner. Neighbors stayed up late talking and others woke at 4:40 am, coughing and talking, at what was probably normal volume but was magnified in the building. I had to use a white noise app on my phone to mask the sound but could still hear talking and coughing over the white noise - and that’s saying a lot. The place is clean but definitely bare bones. A one night stay was good but longer would not be great. No coffee pot was surprising and there’s only a microwave for cooking with no table to sit down to eat - just a small counter under the tv.

Pros: Excellent area. Easily accessible. Beach minutes away walking. Restaurants minutes away walking. Bus to various locations accessible. Nice patio outside. Free bus and trains until September! Cons: Bed very uncomfortable. Fell off track all week long. Coffee carafe cracked. Only 2 towels for the week. So we decided to use one for beach and one for showers. NO freezer in unit. Do not buy frozen foods.

Once we found the correct door it was no issues at all. The ad says it all a quick stop and go. You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy or 5 star. But a clean room to sleep. We checked out maybe 30 mins late. He didnt make a big fuss so he's alright with me. The air was cold. Most importantly I seen lot of reviews about water not being hot. Had me nervous about booking. That was absolutely not true. The water stayed hot!! Walking distance to beach its a grocery store up the street and a few food places all in 5 -7mins walk.

Solo Traveler (but would be great for couple or small family

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Rental near the beach, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the property exceeded my expectations in every way. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the place was no less than a high rated hotel . it was clear that great care had been taken to ensure that the space was welcoming and hygienic. Have many products available for the units. Hot water cold ac ,The floors were gleaming, and the toilet and tile was newer, It truly felt like a home away from home.The privacy offered by this rental was another standout feature. The property is perfectly situated to provide a serene and tranquil environment, away from the hustle. I appreciated the peace and quiet, which made my stay incredibly relaxing. Whether I was enjoying my morning coffee on the private patio or unwinding in the cozy room, I always felt a sense comfort. One of the biggest highlights of this property is its proximity to the beach. It was just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sun, sand, and supermarket was super affordable plenty of thoughtful touches throughout the property, such as beach towels, chairs, The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for staying connected during my stay. I seen the bad review about the door but this door can’t be opened it had a extra lock from our side I can't wait book again The host was also fantastic. They were incredibly responsive
