Cozy Cottage sleeps 8 People, but can accommodate 10 with an extra charge 25 per night per extra guest. Pet friendly 50 dollar pet fee up two pets! 1 King Suite with bathroom, 1 Queen, 2 twins, 2 full beds. 2 bathrooms, master has shower and spare bathroom has a tub and shower. Peaceful and 2 miles from the lake. Pool Table and beautiful views from the back porch!

Check in was very easy. This home is very clean and cozy. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a wonderful breakfast and enjoyed on the patio. Loved our stay.

The house was immaculate. The set up with the extra beds and pool table in the converted garage as well as the availability of other games was great for some extra fun. The deck was a great place to chill. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Cottage for Fishing Tournament Weekend

Loved the Cozy Cottage

Had such a great visit with family and really enjoyed my stay at the Cozy Cottage. The area in the woods is beautiful and quiet. The spacious back deck was the perfect spot for chatting and relaxing.

Great Little Cottage

The cottage was perfect for our needs over the weekend. Very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Loved the back deck for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Also, a great area for walks! Would definitely recommend and plan to stay there again.

Way Above & Beyond

Fantastic stay. 3 nights for the 3 adults, 1 15lb pup. Ideal location for us when we come down from DFW to Jasper to visit with relatives. Host thought of everyone & everything one might need to make our stay a fantastic experience.

Amazing property

Amazing little house in Rayburn Country with awesome back porch. Decorations were beautiful, everything made us feel right at home and so cozy! We came to fish Sam Rayburn and it was a perfect driveway to park and maneuver the boat. Definitely will be staying again, best house we’ve found yet!
