Maison au bord du lac avec piscine!

Cette belle propriété est située à l'extrémité sud du lac Sam Rayburn. Il se trouve à proximité de Piney Point Plaza et du restaurant The Stump. Sam Rayburn Marina Resort et la rampe de mise à l'eau publique sont à une très courte distance.

La maison est à deux étages avec les trois chambres à l'étage. Un grand balcon hors de la suite principale donne sur la piscine et le lac. En bas se trouve une cuisine bien équipée, un salon, une demi-salle de bain et une buanderie. Télévision par satellite située dans le maître et le salon. Le WIFI est également disponible.

La piscine a un pad de mise en page à une extrémité et nager jusqu'à six places au bar en face. La zone couverte comprend des barbecues au gaz et au charbon. Vous pouvez jouer aux rondelles pendant votre barbecue. La table de jeu de palets est disponible pour le divertissement à l'intérieur.

Great lakefront property. We enjoyed all the amenities, especially the pool and outdoor bar area. The owner made the check-in/checkout process very easy and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Fantastic for the family

From the pool to the lake perfect place for the family, great outdoor kitchen with mini fridge. Pool has swim up bar and master suite has its own balcony! Very nice home and the family enjoyed fishing down at the lake

Wonderful home and host

We just left Aaron's home and were sad to leave. the outdoor pool and area are phenomenal! The home is nicely decorated and comfortable and had everything that we need. we are planning our return already!

Great relaxing getaway for families!

This property was amazing and just what my family needed for a few days to relax. The host was very helpful and responsive, and the property was clean. The pool is beautiful and adds so much. My son especially loved playing with the shuffle board, too. It was a great, low stress trip! We hope to return again.

We really enjoyed this house and will definitely stay again! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Master bed was very comfy. Did not use the pool but very pretty to look at. The homeowner was super helpful at any questions we had about the area. House is in a great location for where we need to be at. Great house and highly recommend!!

A relaxing place to get away

Always a good time being in gods country! The property owner made everything so simple and also provided a few laughs and good conversation over the phone. The entire place was beautiful and perfectly set up to relax and forget about the day to day of life. Also enjoyed the “pet” squirrels eating peanuts from our hands. 10/10

Great for outdoor living!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in Sept 2020. Our favorite parts were definitely the outdoor elements! We spent the mornings on our boat which we could keep out on the water behind the house overnight, and the afternoons in the pool. I like to cook dinner and the kitchen has all the appliances and accessories you will need, plus you can see the living room TV from the kitchen and the couch was very comfy for indoor evenings. The house is on a quiet cove (the whole lake was quiet actually) so it provided a serene getaway for our 3rd anniversary.

Had a great time!

Property was as advertised. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Outside areas were very nice too! Parking was very ample. Full size truck with trailered 21' boat fit easily on one side with a full sized SUV parked next to it. Swimming pool was very nice and would be a great relief, and relaxing, if we were there during a hotter time of the year. Lake access is easy from the home and the lawn was kept up well around the home and up to lakefront. Access to the home was easy by boat and the dock provided gives a safe place to moor and even leave your rig tied off overnight. The kids enjoyed games provided (shuffleboard, darts) and fishing from the floating dock. We really enjoyed our stay!

MEMORABLE FAMILY VACATION

We were very impressed as soon as we arrived at this house. The pool and outdoor kitchen area could not have been more perfect for our family gatherings as we came together for meals in the evenings. The pool was perfect for all our age groups as the shallow end was great for the toddlers and it had plenty of room for everyone to find their perfect spot. The dock and waterfront met all our needs for our boats and eased the coming and going on the lake. Inside the house everything was amazing. There was everything we could have needed in the kitchen, the decor and furniture very pleasing and the bed rooms and bathrooms upstairs were perfect. The A/C worked beautifully and we were very comfortable day and night on this very hot June week. We would gladly recommend a stay here and hope we can return soon.

Great location, great communication!! Only draw back is that I now have to invest in a shuffleboard table at home, THANKS. You will be hard pressed to find a spot much better than this one.

Ultimate Lake house getaway for family

The house is beautiful, spacious and clean. Only 2 TVs ,1 n the living room 1 in the master, we didn't mind this at all. Kids spend more time outdoors. Outback is a gorgeous view of the lake, even the pool and bar/outdoor kitchen are all very pleasing to the eye. Easy access to place kayak and canoe, easy fishing off the dock. There are neighbors/renters to each side of you so we were mindful to loud noise or music . Bonfire smores and tent experience for the kids was great. Few things in the kitchen missing that I could have used but just saved me the trouble of spending too much time in there: rolling pin and a food processor. We enjoyed the outdoor bar / grill playing Texas Hold'em and Darts. Swimming pool is not heated so kids swam but not as much as they wanted. Your own sheets required but comforters and pillows provided are very clean and soft. Owner was great to respond quickly and assured to be in contact if we needed anything.
