The Space:
Our bright condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people:

• Kitchen fully equipped;
• 2 Queen size beds
• Full sofa bed and TV in the living room;
• Washer and dryer;
• The apartment is equipped with its own water filtration system.

NOTE: It is mandatory to pay an extra cleaning fee from the sixth day, every week, and this will have a cost of USD 95 which will be charged at the time of check-in.

Guest Access:
Our guests get access to:

• Backyard
• Shared outdoor dining space,
• 1 assigned parking space with no additional cost.

Based on the limited parking space available: Only fit standard-size cars will be allowed, Pick-up trucks or Oversized SUVs will not be permitted in the parking lot as they block the driveway. There are plenty of parking spaces on the streets in case needed

Please be aware that the property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether they were left inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

The Neighborhood:
Please take note of the following information:

- At least one guest in the party must be 21 years of age or older. Before your arrival, kindly provide us with the names of all guests staying with you, so that we can register them at the property and expedite your check-in process. Failure to provide this information within 24 hours of your arrival may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

-Upon arrival, the apartment will be provided with basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day

- Kindly note that this is a private vacation residence. In line with our commitment to providing a personalized experience, housekeeping services are scheduled to ensure your comfort and will occur once upon check-out. We appreciate your choice to stay with us.

- Given the limited parking space available, only standard-size cars will be permitted. Oversized vehicles like pick-up trucks or SUVs will not be allowed in the parking lot as they obstruct the driveway. Additional parking is available on the streets if needed.

- It's important to be aware that there is a $35 charge for early check-in or late check-out requests.

Remember that any additional person (from the second person) has a cost of USD 25 per night, please register all the people that will accompany you.

Getting Around:
You could use applications such as uber or public transport which is close to the property.
