Hello,
Welcome to Tucson and our desert oasis. We hope you find it as relaxing and rejuvenating as we do. Our home has recently been completely remodeled and appointed with very neutral tones. Our location in this historic POETS SQUARE neighborhood makes us very handy to
downtown and U of A.
The property offers 3 bedrooms and one and a half baths. A well appointed kitchen is brand new and equipped with most everything you might need.
There is a king bed room, a queen bed room and a day bed in the third bedroom.,
Enjoy our back yard spaces for dining and relaxation. Laundry is available in the screen porch
attached to,garage. The neighborhood has great dining and shopping options VERY close by.
A dining list is provided with our check in instructions.
Just a reminder POETS SQUARE DESERT OASIS is a pet free property. NO PETS AT ANY TIME.
Our yard is not child friendly so please supervise children very closely.

What a beautiful Oasis! After a long drive from MN this cozy home was so welcoming and ready for us! Loved how accommodating it all was, we will definitely be back! Thank you thank you thank you!

Really Great house just a few miles east of the university. Kitchen spacious and bright and Super well stocked with supplies for cooking and great appliances. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms (1.5) were nicely remodeled. Backyard was a great place to sit with morning coffee. Owners were very communicative and helpful. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

UofA Graduation Weekend

Very quiet, comfortable location. The property had ample space, a tranquil outdoor space, and provided everything we needed for our stay during graduation weekend. Highly recommend.

Wonderful home. Great location. The gazabo and back yard oasis was perfect for the warm evenings and relaxation. Would highly recommend it. Jim is a great host, good communicator.

Beautiful home!

This was our second time staying in this beautiful little home. The interior is updated, comfortable and tastefully furnished. It had everything we needed for our stay. The backyard is wonderful! The house is centrally located in a safe neighborhood. The owners were great!

Great little house!

We loved our stay in this cute little house. It was cozy and felt like home with all of the conveniences you are used to. It was close to the bike paths which we used every day and shopping. We ate in for two of our nights which was easy to do with Whole Foods near by. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great stay

We were in town for our daughter's graduation from U of A. Great location; not too far from university. Target, Walmart nearby, along with many restaurants. House was really nice and well equipped.

This was a perfect landing space for us. It was minutes to my seminar location and the University. Jim was welcoming and clearly communicated check in and out procedures.

Great central location!

Jim was prompt & thorough regarding home details. The home was tidy and had a cozy back yard with fun lighting. Perfect for cribbage and enjoying a beverage. The location is close to Reid Park/Reffkin Tennis Center, the U of A and many good restaurants. Would stay here again.

A perfect little house in a safe & great location

The house just what we were looking for! The house is clean and beautifully remodeled with new comfy furniture and a glorious backyard. The location was perfect for us. The owner was very helpful- he was always quick to respond to questions. We had a wonderful time and plan to return next year!

A lovely spot

This 2 bedroom home is beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. It has a nice layout, and we particularly loved the beautifullly landscaped backyard and the large and functional ramada. The laundry and dryer are conveniently located in the back yard. We spent several weeks there and we both felt right at home.

Cute house in a sweet neighborhood

My friend and I attend the Tucson Gem Faire and we have finally found the perfect place to stay. Jim’s house was clean, beautiful and perfectly roomy for the two of us. The beds were comfy and the kitchen met all our needs. When we first arrived, we mixed up a couple of Margaritas and sat on the front porch bench. Neighbors walked by with their dogs and every one of them waived and smiled — a good sign for the neighborhood. The house decor was lovely with a combination of Southwest and NYC prints. My only regret about the back yard is that we didn’t spend any time there. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience!

The pictures and information in this listing are exactly what we found on arrival. Jim communicated kindly and thoroughly via both email and text. We felt the property manager or the host were available should any need arise, but the place was so well-appointed, we needed nothing!! The home was very clean - I mean, spotless. The home had every amenity you would need. It was well-located for our visit with family and for seeing some attractions. We had 4 adults stay here comfortably and would definitely like to stay here again - maybe when it's a little warmer and we can enjoy hanging out in the gorgeous backyard! Thanks so much, Jim!

Comfortable Home!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely property while visiting our daughter for Family Weekend at U of AZ. The home was beautifully decorated, very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. I loved having my morning coffee on the patio in the backyard--such a peaceful setting! Our host-Jim--was great--very communicative and helpful!

Great place, convenient location

Jim's place is very well appointed and updated from top to bottom. It's on a quiet street but very convenient to main roads. It's 8-10 minutes to Univ. of Arizona which we appreciated.

Comfortable Remodeled House

The house was very nicely remodeled in a modern style and nicely decorated. Furniture and beds comfortable. Kitchen reasonably well equipped. The patio in the backyard was a lovely place to sit out for meals. Location was ok but generally convenient to the places we were going.

is very much in tact from its 1940s creation and we find that very appealing
