Sunset 98, Cay Mariner est idéalement situé dans le coin sud-ouest de l'enceinte Cay Mariner donnant aux clients une vue panoramique de la riviÚre Folly ainsi que les couchers de soleil de finale de la wrap-around porche écran. Cay Mariner est une communauté fermée des résidents et des locataires, qui offre à ses clients non seulement une piscine et des courts de tennis, mais est également à quelques minutes des plages et de la ville de Folly Beach en voiture, voiturette de golf, le vélo ou la marche. La vie privée et le manque de trafic est parfait pour les petits enfants et les adolescents à vélo, tricycle, planche à roulettes ou tout simplement flùner.
Depuis Sunset 98 est une unitĂ© de coin, la vue et la lumiĂšre lors de l'entrĂ©e est un de ces moments «wow». Avec une exposition sud-ouest, la cuisine / salle Ă  manger / salon est totalement ouvert Ă  la riviĂšre Folly et marais, y compris l'Ă©cole occasionnelle de marlin. La prochaine "wow" moment vient au coucher du soleil quand on doit obtenir sa boisson, dĂ©pĂȘchez-vous de le balcon et lui permettre / elle-mĂȘme pour ĂȘtre impressionnĂ©.
Comme on peut le voir par les photos, l'appareil dispose d'une grande ouverture de chambre de maßtre sur le balcon; une chambre à deux lits du balcon arriÚre et une chambre double dans le coin sud-est pour ceux qui veulent juste de sortir pour une sieste ou un bon livre. Le salon ouvert possÚde un téléviseur HD à écran plat nouvellement installé sur un pivot de la paroi, à savoir, pas déconner par les enfants ... DVD est également inclus. En outre, à la fois le maßtre et chambres doubles ont téléviseurs HD à écran plat, et pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas sortir complÚtement, sans fil est disponible dans tout l'appareil.

Folly Beach est une Ăźle longue barriĂšre de six mile, et la plage la plus proche de la ville historique de Charleston, en Caroline du Sud (15 minutes sur le connecteur) oĂč l'on peut trouver une excellente cuisine, les arts de la scĂšne et de l'histoire de guerre civile.

This unit is at the far end of the complex - it's private, with a brilliant view of sunset that comes directly into the living room. The screen porch ensures that you can be outside any time of the day/night or season, and breezes cool the place regardless of how hot it might be outside. The owners have anticipated almost anything you might need. The kitchen, laundry facilities, and bedrooms are stocked with the basics, so you don't need to bring much. Folly Beach and Charleston are close by - with the beach and famous Folly pier within walking distance. Don't miss the dolphins when the tide changes. We're already looking at the calendar for next summer.

Family vacation

Our stay here was excellent! Plenty of space for our family of 5. The condo is exactly as advertised. Everything was very very clean. There were plenty of towels. The nightly sunsets overlooking the Folly River from the porch were just incredible. The condo has an elevator available for suitcases and other heavy items. Short walk over the bridge into the center of Folly and the beach. The washer and dryer in the condo was a huge help. We loved the pool within the condo complex. The host and manager are also very responsive to any questions or needs.

What they promised about sunset was true!

In addition to superb sunsets, the enclosed balcony overlooks a huge expanse of tidal salt-marsh. All day long the tide is either quietly coming in or quietly going out. The view is different every time you look out. It is a terrific way to observe nature.

Beyond relaxing

My daughter and I had a great time at the condo. The condo had everything you could possibly need, including many pots/pans/dishes in the kitchen. The only thing we needed to buy was groceries. We were looking for a relaxing vacation & boy did we get it! Folly Beach was so nice & the view and sunsets from the condo back porch were beautiful! We even saw dolphins from the porch. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay. The unit is spacious and well equipped with everything you could need. The unit is clean and the owners were great at communicating with us. It is a short walk into Folly Beach, if you do not want to drive. This is our second time staying in this unit and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Location & Amenities

Our stay at Mariners Cay in Folly Beach, SC, was absolutely phenomenal. The views from both inside the unit and on the screened-in wrap-around porch were breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation. The condo's location was ideal: close enough to access everything with ease but far enough from the busier, louder areas to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. We drove into Charleston daily for dinner, just a convenient 25-minute drive away. Cru Cafe in Charleston quickly became a favorite, and Edison James Island was an excellent choice for local dining. The pool at Mariners Cay was pristine, with ample seating and clean restrooms nearby, so there was no need to trek back to the condo. The bedrooms were very comfortable, each equipped with a TV, ensuring everyone had their own space to unwind. The entire unit was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the week. Susan, the property manager, was just a phone call away for any questions or assistance. Although we didn't require any help, she was very responsive and helpful when we had a quick question about gate access. A word of advice for the area: adhere to the speed limits. We saw numerous cars pulled over for speeding, so it's best to drive carefully. We can't wait to rebook this unit and visit Folly Beach again. Our experience at Mariners Cay was truly unforgettable.

Highlight of our summer!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Merrill’s beautiful place and as in the previous year, it did not disappoint. The space is perfect for our small family and the proximity to James Island is ideal. The views also can’t be beat. We will definitely be back again!

Spectacular wraparound porch view

Amazing view of water and wildlife. We saw many dolphins and birds every day. The condo is very spacious and the elevator is a must. You are just minutes to the beach, food, and shopping. And you don’t have to fight all of the Charleston traffic to get to Folly.

A perfect place!

Our family had an amazing stay at the condo! The condo was very clean, had everything that we needed, and of course, had gorgeous views. Great location for Folly Beach and Charleston! We absolutely loved our stay and will be back! Highly recommend!

Disappointing and dirty but, great views

While the location and views are great, the unit itself was extremely outdated and needs a serious deep cleaning. The interior of the unit has not been maintained well. The furniture was old and the mattresses were worn out, the flooring needs to be replaced. During our stay, the entry gate to the community was changed but, we were not notified. There was an insufficient supply of toilet paper and paper towels even for a short stay. All of these factors made a place with great potential very disappointing.

Excellent property with fantastic views

We spent a week at here and enjoyed every second of it. The condo was very nicely equipped and maintained, quiet and quite comfortable for my wife and I. Everything went smoothly during our visit and the views from the condo are just fantastic and relaxing. We'll be back !!!

Girl’s weekend

My sisters and I had an amazing stay at this lovely condo. We spent our mornings and evenings out on the screened porch watching the birds and dolphins. What a delight. There was quite a bit of traffic into Folly Beach on the weekends but this unit is within walking distance to everything. Don’t miss breakfast at The Lost Dog cafe. We did a boat tour and saw 15 dolphins. Definitely a highlight of the trip. The condo was the perfect size for our group of 5 women. Will definitely be back!!
