Well situated - loved overlooking the creek - well maintained property, loved the huge garage to store our five bikes, beds and rooms all comfortable, kitchen well equipped.One note - yellow jacket nest on top master bedroom deck, under chair. My wife votes that we stay here again.

Our family loved vacationing on Folly and this rental was the perfect location to enjoy everything the island had to offer! We would most definitely stay here again. The pool was steps away and the ocean is a few blocks away but a very short walk. The screened in porch was the perfect place to sit and watch the gorgeous sunsets! I would 100% recommend this specific rental. The rental agency was wonderful to work with and very good with communication.

Great location and perfect for families

Property was exactly as listed and within walking distance to pool on-site as well as the main part of the island with restaurants and shopping nearby. We stayed with our 7-year old boys and it was great for families.

Spring Break

Beautiful View

Normally we like to stay right on the ocean, but I would definitely stay here again. The view was beautiful and town center was a nice little walk. Even the walk to the beach was short and direct. We really enjoyed our time, the beds we’re comfortable and the house was well laid out.

Amazing views on the balconies. Very spacious. Comfortable beds. So close to the pool. A 13 minute walk to the beach. Close to the town. This was amazing and I can’t wait to be back in Folly Beach.

We were in town for just a short weekend for my son's law school graduation. The home was comfortable and well appointed. We had a rainy weekend so didn't get to enjoy the outdoors much, but it was lovely nonetheless.

The unit was clean, well-equipped, and as-described. The unit is within reasonable walking distance to beach, pier, shops, and restaurants, but also in a tucked away area. Access to the units is a bit tight. We saw people with larger vehicles struggling to maneuver into and out of garages. Other than some of the guests at other units being less than considerate with noise level at times, it was a nice stay.

A new favorite in Folly Beach!

We LOVED our stay here. The pictures are accurate and the townhome is perfect for a family. Getting to watch the sunset over the Folly River each night from the top floor balcony was such a treat. Steps from the pool made it so easy to just pop over (and run back if you forgot something). Everything is within walking distance but you are far enough from the busyness of the main strip. Walking to the beach meant we didn't have to fight for parking. We definitely plan to stay here on our next trip to Folly. Can't recommend it enough!
