From the start we had excellent communication with Jennifer. She answered all of my questions! We had 3 senior couples in our party! We loved how the host thought of everything! Lovely place convenient to downtown

Jennifer was a great host, and the house is lovely. The location is ideal, too, as it is just up the road from downtown and also near the loop. It was very convenient to explore Athens and be able to drop back by the house to recharge before heading back out. Recommended!

Fantastic, Centrally Located Home in Quiet Neighborhood in Athens

One of the best VRBO units I have rented. Home is essentially brand new and was perfect for our small group of friends (we were in town overnight for a concert at Georgia Theatre). Great, quiet neighborhood. Convenient location, 1-2 miles from most everything you would want to do in Athens. Easy communication with property owner. Would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!
