We did want to provide helpful context for future guests: the guests who checked out two days before your arrival had turned off the pool filtration system without our knowledge. As soon as we learned of the issue, we immediately dispatched our pool service company to address and resolve it. They treated the pool twice during your stay, and we were glad it was fully usable by your final night. Regarding the maintenance items you noted, such as the leaking toilet and exterior door wear, we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We will address these issues right away, and improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests. We also appreciate your comments about the pantry and will make sure our cleaning team gives it extra attention. We’re committed to providing a great stay for our guests, and we were happy to offer a 30% refund to help make things right.
