Feel right at home with an open layout kitchen/ dining room/ living room that is perfect for gathering. Our space is ideal if you need to work remotely - you’ll find 2 work spaces appointed with external monitors, with adjustable standing desks, and fast wifi throughout the home. The home is set up with families in mind - cribs, baby gear, and even a few favorite toys await your little ones. Enjoy Denver’s sunny days from the front porch or fully-fenced backyard with a gas grill. We welcome well-behaved dogs with a $50 cleaning fee.

Located in the best part of Park Hill, you’ll love walking around this charming Denver neighborhood, with historic brick homes, mature landscaping, tree-lined streets, friendly neighbors, and popular restaurants/shops. Walk, bike, or a very short drive to Denver’s gorgeous City Park! Then, explore downtown Denver, RiNo, or Uptown - all less than a 10 minute drive away. Our home is also conveniently located near i70 for easy access to the airport and west into the mountains for skiing and all that Colorado has to offer!

Bedroom 2 (main level): A large, bright room with a twin bed, full-sized crib, and reclining rocking chair

Bedroom 3 (lower level): A cozy bedroom with a queen bed, 32-inch TV, and room darkening curtains

Main level features: a spacious living room with 65-inch TV, ROKU with app access, digital antenna for live TV; gas fireplace; dining table; recently updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. Our kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals - pots, pans, small appliances, etc. Right off the kitchen is a small, gated children’s play area with a play kitchen.

Lower level features: a second living space with a cozy Nugget play couch (IYKYK), TV with ROKU, and a large desk with external monitor. Washer & dryer for your use as needed.

Additional features: Serta twin air mattress, 2 Pack n Play Cribs, high chair, baby bathtub.

Driveway for off-street parking option, as well as ample free street parking.

Guests will have access to the home and yard, hosts will not be on-site, but will be available as needed. No garage access.
