Cozy & Private Studio in Old Town Cottonwood

Welcome to our private studio located within walking distance of Old Town Cottonwood! This is a standalone studio home with a queen sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, and small living area. This is the perfect basecamp for couples or individual travelers to explore the Verde Valley area.

Within a 5-minute walk, you may access highly rated restaurants, wine tasting rooms, coffee shops, galleries, and shops.

Take a short drive to nearby wineries, hiking trails, or Sedona.

The space has been outfitted with modern furnishings and decor to comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests.

The main living space includes a queen sized bed, two-person couch and 55" Smart TV.

The open-concept kitchen has barstool seating for 2, compact range stove/oven, fridge, microwave, and Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary espresso pods.

A fully-fenced shared backyard space is located next to the home and is accessible through a gate.

The home is located on a property with three total short-term rental units. There may be other guests present on the property during your stay. Please be respectful of the other guests while staying at our property.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the shared backyard space.

We are not located onsite but are available remotely as needed.

This property is located in the heart of Old Town Cottonwood, a historic town known to have the best wine in Arizona. Located right on main street are 7 different wine tasting rooms. The neighborhood is safe for walking to nearby shops, restaurants, cafes, and hiking trails.

The home is located on a property with three total short-term rental units. There may be other guests present on the property during your stay.

The absolutely perfect place for one person or a couple to stay! Extremely clean, excellent communication, ease of entry, great little kitchen and a wonderful comfy bed!! Definitely recommend this property!

Cute and cozy cottage

The cottage was so cute and cozy, we loved our stay. Bed was comfortable and the cottage was well appointed. Walking distance from Main Street which was very convenient. Very quiet and private outdoor space as well. Highly recommend and for the price, it couldn’t be beat.

This is a cozy spot in a good location. There were a few issues when I arrived, but the management was responsive and took care of everything. It was quiet, tastefully decorated and private. Enjoy your stay!

Great weekend spot for two

Everything was just as described. Great communication with instructions for the property. Very walkable to Main Street and less than a block from where I was attending a weekend Reiki course. Perfect for our needs.

Cozy comfy cottonwood studio

A quick walk to the Main Street of Old town Cottonwood made for some wonderful dinners after hiking in Sedona. Perfect place to come back to and relax, great outdoor space that we had all too ourselves each evening. Hosts are very welcoming and want to ensure you have a great stay. We got some great restaurants recommendations- thank you!

Cottonwood getaway

The studio was just as advertised. Perfect for the two of us for a weekend getaway celebration. Just a short walk to many great restaurants and a short ride to Clarkdale and Jerome. Will recommend it and may see about bringing more with us next time and getting the other accommodation on site.

Had a wonderful stay at this cute little abode! The property manager Clara was so helpful and responsive along with her assistant Maddie who kindly brought us Nespresso pods bc they were low when we arrived. After a misunderstanding on our end, they worked with us to ensure we could stay in this place for the Thanksgiving holiday with our family. We came up to be close to my mom since she’s a widow now in Camp Verde. It meant the world to us being able to have a beautiful thanksgiving dinner outside in the common area and the weather was perfect. We would definitely stay again and we took care of the studio as if it was our own. Washed the dishes, stripped the bed sheets and bathroom tidy. Thank you again to Clara & the owners!

Cozy and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay; the place offers all the essentials. Excellent communication, smooth check-in and convenient parking.Everything was spotless, including the dishes (which is not always guaranteed). The bathroom is somewhat compact, but that was expected. The AC functioned perfectly! We absolutely loved being able to stroll to breakfast or dinner at Merkin. The outdoor area was particularly lovely to relax in during the evenings. Would stay here again.

Darling cottage and very private! More room than we thought there would be. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because of the toilet. For normal size people it wouldn't be an issue, but for big people like us, the toilet was a bit tight. Overall a very nice and clean place!

Adorable cozy studio - walk to old town

Loved this standalone studio apartment. Nice updated touches. Bathroom is compact but shower is new and beautiful with rain shower head and good smelling hair and body wash products in pump containers. Comfortable mattress, luxury towels.

Great location

The place is perfect size for 2 adults. The location is great as it is walkable to downtown. Parking is off street. There is normal neighborhood noise. It is clean and has the necessities for a weekend stay. We didn't cook so cannot comment of kitchenware.

Well equipped Casita near Old Town Cottonwood

This casita is small, might be tight for two people. The unit is attractive with knotty pine cathedral ceiling and creative touches. High quality linens. It was very well equipped, and supplied for my needs. I usually cook all my meals and so I was delighted to find plenty of pots and pans and utensils. It's location near Old Town was very convenient. The layout is nice because there's a huge marble countertop that is so very useful in such a small space. Something that I hadn't watched out for is that it didn't have very much natural light - only 3 small windows. I've made a note to myself for future travels, to check about that before booking.
