Condo OCEANFRONT avec terrasse privée qui a été récemment rénové au printemps 2015. Ce condo en bord de mer au 1er étage est lumineux, 6 couchages et dispose de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, une cuisine complète, salle à manger et salon, canapé-lit, TV 35 pouces avec DVD et une télévision séparée dans la chambre principale. Laveuse et sécheuse dans le couloir. Wifi gratuit

Emplacement fabuleux sur le spectaculaire Shore Drive situé entre Myrtle Beach et North Myrtle Beach. Shore Drive est loin de la circulation principale, mais à seulement quelques minutes des épiceries, du restaurant Row, du centre commercial Tanger Outlet, de Barefoot Landing, de Broadway at the Beach et de plus de 100 terrains de golf. Le condo est situé à environ 600 mètres de la jetée Apache,

Cette unité spectaculaire dans A Place at the Beach V est située sur la prestigieuse Shore Drive. Le complexe et les zones environnantes ont récemment subi une rénovation complète du revêtement extérieur, des patios au bord de la piscine et des passerelles. Le patio au bord de la piscine a une nouvelle terrasse avec une douche extérieure. Il n'y a que 4 étapes pour se rendre à ce magnifique condo au 1er étage.

Ceci est un condo au rez-de-chaussée. Il n'est pas nécessaire de transporter des bagages et des produits d'épicerie dans plusieurs escaliers. Le condo est à moins de 10 mètres de la piscine et à 30 mètres de la plage. C'est le summum de la commodité. Les activités à proximité incluent: Dolie Parton's Dixie Stampede, Nascar Race Park, Carolina Opry, Le Grand Cirque, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Plant Hollywood, Hard Rock Cafe, mini-golf, Water Parks, Tangers Outlet Mall and Movies. Il se trouve à environ 200 mètres à pied de la plage du bar et grill extérieur Ocean Ocean, célèbre dans le monde entier.

The good part was it was close to the beach and pool. The bad part is it was really dirty, the updates that had been done weren’t done properly. Sloppy drywall work. Bottom of the master bathroom door is splitting. There was no shower curtain liner. Very minimal cooking supplies. No baking sheets. It by no means is an 8/10 like others had posted. More like 1-2/10 I wish I could post pics.

I apologize for the lack of shower curtain. The housekeeping company missed it. They would have replaced it if we were informed before the last day of your weekly stay. The also would have dusted the ceiling fan. The drywall in the closet must allow for access to the utilities. The condo has plates, utensils, pots and pans. I don’t know what type of baking sheet that you wanted. Nobody has mentioned it before. Sorry that you were disappointed.

"The Most Spectacular View"

Great week in MB Great location! Beautiful beach and pool. Great access to parking and laundry. Easy check in Great communication with owner. Only complaints are that there were no mattress coverings and the cooking pans were extremely beat up and scratched. Furthermore the furniture was old and in definite need of a deep deep cleaning. This is my no means a luxury rental but we did appreciate the price, location and beach access.
