The host has done so many special touches to make guests comfortable. The house is very comfortable, nice decor, and the kitchen has a good variety of supplies to cook meals.

Good location for access to all the Monterey Pennisula has to offer. Very quiet neighborhood with access to well known shopping brands. The house was very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated.

Bedrooms and living spaces were really nice. Very quiet residence on the end of a cul-de-sac. There were a few cleanliness issues like a _full_ outside trash can that clearly hadn't been dealt with in awhile - super fun to try to stuff a small bag of trash into other peoples' chic-fil-a boxes. Freezer needed a good clean out and water dispenser tray on the fridge was gross.

Hi Dawn Thanks for taking your precious time to write this review. We appreciate it a lot. We just want to comment on it. Ae you probably already know, there is one pick up a week for garbage . There might have been over usage trash by previous guests. As i told on your day of check out, pick would be next day. So that’s something we rely on the garbage pick up day. We have no control. It’s definitely not that we don’t take care of it. About the freezer and the water dispenser tray was oversight by cleaners which was taken care right away after your check out. We are so pleased to host and felt great to hear your stay was wonderful. We hope to see you again when you are in area. Thanks a lot

Great for visiting Monterey Bay

Clean, convenient and dog friendly home. Perfect for our group of five adults and two dogs. Easy drive to Monterey and Carmel with lots of dog friendly activities. This was great for our family birthday celebration.

Good for the price

Good things: Great location, comfy beds, inside clean. Bad things: Did not have the BBQ as listed on the website, heavy chemical/cleaning smell, backyard was not inviting-weeds, porch and outside furniture all dirty.

Thank you Amy for your review. Bbq grill is not listed, so it is not there. Our professional cleaners sanitize whole house for guests. We take covid health issue seriously. So it might be what you think the heavy smell could be. About the yard, we have gardener schedule every two weeks, sorry it may be scheduled after your stay. Thanks again

Great stay! Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. Plenty of space for the 4 of us (me, hubby, adult daughter and a friend of hers) to hang out for the week of Thanksgiving. Fully equipped kitchen - and washer/dryer in the garage. Quiet cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood - grocery store less than a mile away. Beautiful beach less than two miles away! Fifteen minute drive to Monterey and Carmel - but we knew that. Overall: recommend!

Wow. Great first impression when we walked in. So clean, neat, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Loved our stay and really appreciate our hosts attention to detail to make us feel at home. Very comfortable beds, wonderful spaces inside & outside for family time and privacy. Very quiet neighborhood & great location for exploring the central CA coast and beyond. Bonus infant / toddler equipment were also a wonderful surprise. Thank you for a great stay! Recommended to family groups with young children (or not) and friend groups.
