The amenities were exactly as pictured on the Vrbo site! So thankful for the toddler mattress and high chair for my 11 month old grandson! We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back again!

Relaxing family getaway

Lovely beach home, perfect for our family get away. Ample space for parents and kids to have their own spaces to chill. Would recommend and stay again!

This is a great location, easy on-off to Hwy 1.Very well appointed home and gardens, amenities are good, would maybe add dressers to the bedrooms since they are all spacious and comcortable.All furniture is very nice and beds very comfy!Missed out on renting for next year, so sad

Cute and clean property close to Marina State beach and easy to get to many stores. Short drive to cannery row, the Aquarium, Dennis the Menace Park, etc. Three bedrooms and a nice outdoor space make it great for a family vacation. Check in process was easy and communication with the host was good. Has the necessities to make the stay comfortable with some nice additional touches by the host. Would totally stay again.

Fabulous home!

My family and I had the best stay at this home! Super clean, looks just like the photos, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful to go for walks or morning jogs in. The proximity to Monterey, the grocery store and the ocean are amazing. BJ was helpful, extremely fast at answering our texts and very kind. We will definitely rent here again!

Great home!

This was a great property. Everything was as described and the rooms were very nice. There were lots of silverware dishes to use, there was toiletries in the bathroom and nice towels. We were going to Monterey and it was a quick drive down both days that we went. Found a local Taqueria that was very good. We would definitely stay again when we’re in the area.

Great stay

Our host, BJ, was friendly and always quick to respond to messages. He provided complimentary wine, beverages, and snacks which we all enjoyed. The house was close to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, located in a quiet neighborhood, and the house was very clean. My family enjoyed our stay. Thanks BJ!

Worked out great

We met some family for a Thanksgiving brunch in the area and needed a home to lodge a few folks for the night. Worked out well, everyone was happy with their individual rooms and the setup of the house was good for our needs. Would book again in a similar situation.

Comfortable and clean home in Monterey area

The home was very clean and the beds super comfortable. There were a few snacks and a bottle of wine upon arrival which was very thoughtful! The area is close to Monterey - about 15 minute drive and easy to access from the freeway (while still being a quiet neighborhood). The only small recommendation I would make to the owners would be to have a Brita filter or Brita in the fridge for filtered water. Other than that, the house was clean, spacious and well stocked. Would definitely book again on other trip!

Property needs some care. Master shower is very difficult to use. The door sticks badly and turning on the shower is very difficult as it is a very stiff knob. The kitchen has quite a conglomeration of plates, bowls, glasses and silverware, but only 6 cups. Also needs hot pads, measuring cups and spoons. It is decorated nicely and the heater works well which was great for the cold and damp rainy days.

Hi Nancy It was wonderful to see your comments. Just to remind you, the property is hosting only 6 guests. So all the set up will be for 6. If needed for longer stay like yours. Washer Dryer, dish washer are available as you have seen it. About master bathroom knob. We answered you with in a minute after your message. Which should have solved your problem. It was not hard to turn which you have mentioned in your comments. We explained your husband how to use it. We are happy to hear that your room heater worked perfectly to keep the house warm for you. Thanks again and it was pleasure hosting you.
