Cette belle maison familiale de 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain est située dans le quartier très prisé de Sombrero Beach. Cette maison spectaculaire dispose de 2 niveaux d'espace de vie avec vue sur la plage depuis la salle à manger, le salon et la suite parentale.

Les installations supplémentaires comprennent une piscine privée, un bassin d’eau profonde, une laveuse et une sécheuse. Si la plongée avec tuba, la plongée sous-marine ou la pêche font partie de vos projets de vacances, Sombrero Reef, avec ses eaux turquoises et sa vie marine abondante, est à une courte distance en bateau.

Les épiceries et les restaurants sont idéalement situés à moins de 1 à 3 km. Un quai limité de bateau de 25 pi avec une longueur de bateau maximum de 23ft.

You can not beat the location! Directly across from Sombrero beach. The house may need a little updating and the mattress are OK but that can all be overlooked for the price and location.

Great location for the grandkids

My sons and families stayed here with my grandchildren while I had another house nearby with my dog. The kids loved the beach, playground and pool. Great place which we hope to visit again next year.

We had a great time, lovely beach, great pool. A great base to work from for day trips, snorkeling, kayaking and fishing. Worked well to cook for 8 when we felt like it, with groceries easily accessible, too.

Great area

Very nice property. Wish they had condiments to use, there was none, not even salt and pepper. Parking was great as was the location. Home was beautiful.

Beach Front Beauty

This beach house is perfectly located in front of sombrero Beach. Great for anybody who wants to sit on the beach every day. Great for someone who has kids. Nice pool area. House is large and spacious, We would definitely stay there again. We love that area.

Great location

This is our second stay at this home. It is better equipped this stay. It is a wonderful location right across the street from the beach. The grocery stores are close by. It is quite. We will stay here again.

We loved the place

House was very nice. Location was great! There were a few items that needed fixing and the realty company fixed them super fast. The bonus room in the basement was a huge plus. In this room there were bait buckets, floats, fishing poles and more than enough beach chairs for everyone. The heated pool was very nice. I would stay here again.

Perfect house & location

This perfect house & location were excellent for 8 women who've known each other since high school. Right across the street from Sombrero Beach & not far from lots of things to do including a sunset cruise, the turtle hospital & key west. Lots of room in the house, decks & pool. Could've used a bathroom in the loft upstairs, an elevator/inside steps to get to the main floor & wish we had more bath towels & some bath mats, but all in all a wonderful vacation.

Awesome Place, Location, Location, Location

The place is located right across the street from the beach/park. Numerous outdoor seating areas to view the ocean and your surroundings. The house is definitely dated, as far as decor, but everything is functional. Mini Splits in almost every bedroom so you can control your own temp. Again, this house is all about location with numerous walking paths all around. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets at the end of the beach. Drive just a couple minutes and walk “The Seven Mike Bridge”.

All about location

The location absolutely could not be beat! We knew the house was dated from the listing, that wasn’t a problem. There were things that should have been cleaned better. For the cost, there were minor maintenance issues that made the house feel a little dumpy. That was disappointing given the huge spring break price tag. Ultimately we got over it and really enjoyed our stay. The management company was excellent to deal with and very responsive.

Sombrero suites

The property was very nice, clean and had all the amenities we needed. There was plenty of room for the six of us. Kitchen had all the pots, pans,coffee maker, crock pot and toaster appliances needed. The heated pool made it very comfortable to swim day or night and had pool noodles and floats for everyone. The view was incredible straight across from the beach. The master bath jacquzzi tub was a great way to wind down the day. Grocery store was close by for any items we needed. The management staff checked on our needs. We had a great time and the neighborhood was quiet despite the public beach right across from the house. It couldn't have been more perfect. The towels were nice the only thing I might suggest is upping the quality of the bedding.

Absolutely beautiful

We we scheduled to arrive at 2pm. We arrived early. I contacted host and they were happy to let us in early. Just picked up keys in box at realters. When we arrive I was amazed at this house. The location was awsome. Everything was as advertised. Great pool, great shade for BBQ, everything you need. Beautiful! We had an issue with shower leaking. Contacted host and within a few minutes they were there fixing it. Everyone throughly enjoyed the stay. It was the best vacation. House was close to restaurants, attractions, water activities, grocery stores. I would recommend this house 100 %.

Perfect location!

This location is hard to beat in the Keys! The views from the house are amazing. This house is across the street from one of the nicest beaches in the area. Located between Key West and Islamorada it was a great starting point for daily excursions or just a day of laying on the beach. The house, although a little dated, was as pictured and easily accommodated our family of 6. My only suggestions would be a good skillet, sharp knives and more comfortable mattresses. We would definitely stay here again Much better than a hotel!

Great location! Older property -could use updating…

Renting property was seemless and overall had good week. Upon arrival there were NO bath washcloths or kitchen towels. Called rental office and we had to go get them instead of them delivering which was a little inconvenient. NEED TO PURCHASE STEAK KNIVES for property as the butter knives wouldn’t cut hot butter on a hot day! Door in one bedroom was not completely installed with door jambs/inside walls exposed…felt like bugs/lizards had the ‘open door’ policy! Not the cleanest kitchen as we found dirty utensils, pots, pans, dirty inside drawers. Something had died in the chest freezer in the utility closet, putrid smell all week…no power to it…did not open. So so accommodations and would stay again but attn to small details could certainly be improved upon.

Nice, but very outdated

We had a nice time and the house served it's purpose. I was just surprised at how outdated the house is, and also how much we had to supply for ourselves. We saw the pictures and knew it wasn't a new property, but they don't tell the whole story. The furniture is VERY old as well as all the bedding. A couple of examples...The pillows were all old and flat. When we took the cases off to wash, we could see all the stains. The bedspreads were old and gave the impression they weren't clean. I'm sure they were, but the age of the bedding just made us feel like it wasn't. The couches in the living room are very old and the cushions are flat. Again, I'm sure they are clean, but only as clean as a 15-20 year old couches can be. The bathroom rugs are very old and stained. It seems like these are the types of things that can be replaced for very little cost. As far as supplies...The kitchen has everything you will need, but all VERY old. The pots and pans are literally falling apart. We had to supply most everything else, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, and soap. There were two very old, used sponges for cleaning, but they were dirty so we bought more. The pool and the outside area are great and the location is great. We had our boat and it was very easy to get to the ocean from the house. I think in the end, I just didn't feel like we have at other vacation rentals. Maybe it's because it was run by a management company and not the owner. We didn't get the feeling we were being welcomed. It was more like a rental machine. Most of the emails were mass produced to all of their rental clients and it felt like the only thing they wanted to tell us was the rules - what we can't do or what we needed to do (take off the linens, start the laundry, clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash). All things we didn't mind doing, they could do it in a friendlier way. When we checked in, no one wished us a great stay. No one called to check in on us until the last night when someone called to tell us how to check out. When I dropped off the keys to the house when we left, the woman didn't even look up from the desk, she just pointed for me to leave it on the counter. In the end, we wouldn't stay there again, but only that we would look for somewhere a littler newer. I do think there are some inexpensive things they could do to make it a much better experience for anyone staying there, which includes making the family feel welcome and appreciated.

We had a great first time experience in Marathon, FL. The home was spacious and well-equipped, and the location across the street from Sombrero Beach and a short drive from Bahia Honda State Park was fabulous. The middle of the Keys was a great spot for a week long vacation stay.
