When walking into the house you will be greeted with an open floor plan of the living room and state-of-the-art kitchen. The kitchen will feature Quartize countertops and all top-of-the-line stainless appliances plus an extra beer and soda refrigerator!

Both the kitchen and the living room have 2 story windows with canal front views which brings in lots of natural light.

On the first floor, it will have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The downstairs master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a Queen bunk and an additional twin bed and utilize the hall bathroom which is across from the Laundry area.

When you head upstairs you will see two large master suites one with an outdoor deck to view the ocean.

Master bedroom on the left side features a king bed with a seating area and en suite bathroom.

The Second Bedroom hasan on suite bathroom has as flat screen TV a Queen size bed and an additional Twin.

This home is centrally located to everything in Marathon. You are just steps to Sombrero Beach and all of the shopping and attractions. You will be right in the heart of paradise and never want to leave.

You have the option for a Mid Week Cleaning on Wednesday or . Thursday, your choice of the day for an additional fee of $350.00.

This home does allow 10 day rentals in the summer ask the manager about your vacation.
