The pictures and description are very accurate. The view from the balcony is excellent! We were able to watch the sunrise every morning. The Portofino property is relaxing and accommodating. Short walk to the beach. Short walk to the pools.

Gorgeous views all around! Plenty of space for our needs. The resort is very family friendly with a short walk to the beach. The resort is in a quiet area of Pensacola Beach, which can be nice if you like to stay put. There's a market about a 15 minute walk away that was adorable. Again, the condo itself worked well for us. It could use a deep clean and some refreshers/updates to some of the household items, but otherwise, we were happy to be there!

We will definitely be back! Super easy check-in and we didn’t arrive until almost midnight. Perfect size condo for a family of five and the activities available on-property are unmatched!

We enjoyed the location, condo and amenities. Beach wasn’t over crowded and the pool service was awesome! Great stay and we really hope to return next year!

This condo has an amazing view, however the cleanliness of this place was not up to par. I did reach out to the host and he was able to come clean some but I was disappointed to even have to reach out. This condo is too pricey for that. This was not our first stay at the Portofino and I will not be renting this condo again although the Portofino is an amazing place to stay.

Spring break with the family

We love Portofino! Location and amenities are great! This condo was close to the main clubhouse and pool. Balcony views were fantastic!

Highly recommended. The company was very flexible when we wanted to extend our vacation for more than a week. They were also offer a mid stay cleaning because we stayed at the property for a month. We really appreciate this offer considering the last time we stayed at another condo on the property with southern vacation rentals they never even offered a midstay clean even though we stayed 2 months?! I give five starts to Itrip. The maids they hire actually clean the unit as well! I love the little bathroom and kitchen items they leave that are customized that was a very nice touch! The location is prime! The unit is has a wonderful view of the bay and gulf!AMAZING SUNRISE EVERYDAY!!!! We love Pensacola beach and Portofino being a local and will recommend 4ever! Unit stocked with many games, and the outside will keep you busy all day long!

Quick Family Get-A-Way!

We came for a fall break weekend and loved our stay! Host/manager was quick and easy to communicate with. Condo is very spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the pools, restaurant, spa, and water inflatables at the resort. The views and beach was breathtaking! Definitely recommend!

Portofino and Pensacola were incredible! So many things to do and so easy to get around. We had gorgeous crystal clear water the entire week! The unit was a perfect setup for our family. We would definitely stay again!

Condo with the BEST VIEW!!!

Loved our stay!!! The beds were amazing which is a major plus!!! Didn’t really stay in the room much because the ocean water was crystal clear, clearer than I’ve ever seen it! The views off the balcony are incredible. Will definitely stay there from now on!

Portofino Birthday Weekend

We had a great stay at Portofino. The unit had amazing views . The hosts were very attentive to our needs while we were there. My only request would be to restock the kitchen to accommodate the occupancy number .

The place was clean. Employees were friendly. There wasn’t a basketball court, or volleyball court. Missing some basic teen or young adult features to the property that would be nice. There is a beautiful tennis courts. Beautiful swimming and ocean activities. Beach is gorgeous! Store was super small. But town wasn’t fare away. We will be back.
