Welcome to Laguna Landing! Located only steps away to Oceano Dunes/Pismo Beach is this Large 2900 Square foot home. We do have 1 Indoor downstairs motion camera can be unplugged when guests arrive from the power and plugged back in at checkout.
The space
Every guest is given a unique PIN which is valid for the entire during of our valuable guests to access our home.

As you enter the house and are greeted with an open living room; equipped with 3 couches and a TV with a Roku and games in the cabinets.

Behind the living room is an updated kitchen, complete with an oven, Dishwasher and a full refrigerator and ample countertop space. A full bathroom downstairs with walk in shower and bedroom (Full Mattress size) with a work desk. The front yard comes equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy a dinner or lunch. Some sand toys and BBQ in the Garage.

The second floor is very much like the first; it features another living room with a second modular sofa and another TV with a Roku. There are three bedrooms, One equipped with King bed, 2 Queen Beds for ample comfort. 2 full bathrooms upstairs.

Ring security cameras are present on the exterior of the property. Cameras are not actively monitored but are installed and viewed for safety reasons.

Pet Fee is 30 dollars and max 2 pets.
