Droit sur le sable, cette maison est un paradis face Ă  l'ocĂ©an! Les immenses baies vitrĂ©es du salon offrent une vue incomparable sur l’eau blanche, tandis qu’une porte coulissante en verre ouvre sur le pont de 250 pieds carrĂ©s qui flotte sur le sable. Les 2 suites principales de la maison principale bĂ©nĂ©ficient de la mĂȘme vue incroyable sur la plage et l'ocĂ©an. La rĂ©novation de la cuisine comprend des comptoirs en granit, des appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers en acier inoxydable et une buanderie intĂ©rieure. Le plancher de bois sombre magnifique amĂ©liore encore cette belle maison. Les salles de bain ont Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©es avec de nouveaux revĂȘtements de sol, peintures et plans de travail. Il y a un appartement sĂ©parĂ© avec une autre chambre, une salle de bain, un salon et une kitchenette. Une jolie cour avec un sol en terre cuite relie les deux espaces de vie. Il y a aussi une douche extĂ©rieure pour terminer en beautĂ© une journĂ©e Ă  la plage.

Cette maison est parfaite pour une famille ou un petit rassemblement d'amis. Il est interdit de fumer et les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.

Excellent property and host!

We enjoyed three nights between Christmas and New Years with our four children and my parents (8 total). We all got comfortable and enjoyed the close proximity to the coast. Hosts were clear communicators and very accommodating. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Oceanfront, clean & great location.

Celebrating my 50th bday with a few friends. The house was up to my standards clean. Communication via property owners was friendly and prompt. There’s nothing like enjoying a fire with waves crashing a few feet away. There are multiple good places to eat within a 5 minute walk. Enjoyed it thoroughly.

Pismo Baja Trip

We had 6 buddies staying for a weekend. Everything was tidy and spacious. None of the nearby stays compete with the beach-backyard that this house offers! I would definitely recommend this house if you enjoy late nights on the beach.

Family time at Oceano Beach

We had a great time. Fun to watch the parade of vehicles on the beach with a fire in the pit. Everything was as expected except that we were disappointed that the master shower had not been repaired. Thank you Sal and Eva. Best Mark and Carol

Love the Dunes!

We visit Pismo every year. This is the first time we have stayed in a home on the Sand. So relaxing. Views are beautiful. Home is pretty much how described. Kitchen had everything we needed, dining table sat 7 people. At the end of the day it is a beach house. Parking was not a problem. Super quiet neighborhood.

Stay at the beach

The location of the house is stunning and the house offers a lot - its a great place to stay at. With two adults and five teenagers it gets a bit crowded though as the standard setting of chairs and beds is for six. However we enjoyed our short stay at the beachhouse a lot, only afterwards when we found our insurance was to be used for a stain that was already there upon our arrival we found it slightly clouded. Not as described or pictured

This property was immaculately clean and the kitchen well equipped. However, we couldn’t see the beach or access the beach due to a giant sand dune next to unit. The great room had large windows, as pictured, but only a view of a dune feet from the house. The “guest house” was dark, with shag carpet and narrow steep stairs between the upstairs bedroom and downstairs bathroom. There was an overpowering smell of air fresheners that we removed and then tried to air out the house. After clicking on the VRBO agreement, which committed us to the payment, we were later sent an 8 page contract by the owner which we feel we should have been shown before we made a financial commitment as, had we seen it initially, we might have selected a different property.

Pros: the sand right out the back door was awesome, a big hit with the kids. Linens were comfortable, plenty of bath towels, beautiful sunset views. Lots of board games, nice living room to gather, big dining table. Beautiful beach! Outdoor shower for sand. Cons: not very clean at checkin. Lots of sand, dust, cob webs, smudges on walls / furniture, and stains (on the bath towels and the sheets / pillow cases). There was a left behind item of clothing from the last guests, so not tidied very thoroughly. Temperature control and lighting were lacking; no AC, and only one ceiling fan in the living room (not in any bedrooms), nor were there any plugin fans. It says remodeled in the listing but perhaps hasn’t been updated in a while - even the pictures were a bit different than our experience. There were no smoke detectors. Iffy hot water from showers. Like most homes on the beach, the patio furniture was very worn out and in need of replacing, walls needed a touch up, def a home ready for some tlc. There are a few things that could have made the stay more seamless: if they provided tissues and extra trash bags, guest beach towels, having digital locks, cushions on the patio or an updated patio area. The layout is a little odd - sort of confusing with the parking, garage, little garage apartment, etc). FYI that cars can drive on this beach so you can’t easily set up chairs on the sand all day as there are trucks driving through. Sand in front of house is great though!

We had a truly wonderful experience with our host. During our stay, we accidentally left behind a wallet, and the host went above and beyond to help us recover it. Not only did they promptly locate it, but they also kindly arranged to have it shipped back to us.We are incredibly grateful for their honesty, responsibility, and exceptional kindness. It’s rare to encounter someone so thoughtful and trustworthy. This level of care made a lasting impression on us.Highly recommend this host to anyone — you will be in great hands!

This property has evidently been remodeled several times. Although the newer portion needs new furniture, it is OK. The older portion does not have heat. Supposedly the kitchen has been remodeled, but the stove is so dirty that it set off the smoke alarms. Great location.

The Central Coast is a California gem and Oceano is unique to this area known as "The Five Cities". On this beach you can drive your own vehicle, ride horses, fish, surf, boogie board, ride ATVs, view incredible wildlife, and build fires right on the sand. The beautiful dunes, grasslands, and ponds surrounded by gentle, rolling hills frame up an absolutely stunning landscape. And from this fabulous location, world class wineries, golf, hot springs, biking, hiking, and the wonderful Montana de Oro State Park with breathtaking cliffside walks, are are all short drives. It is the perfect place to find both relaxation and adventure, while also serving as a home base to visit many nearby sites. San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, Morro Bay, Cambria, Heart Castle, and many more attractions are easy day trips. We are thrilled to share this property and unique location with YOU!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

When we walked into the house and saw the view, there was no turning back. What a luxury to sit on the deck and watch the sun set while horses gallop by and birds run into and out of the ocean and neighbors build fires in the sand to say goodbye to the day. Long walks on the beach and around the dunes never ceases to fill us with wonder. We love the fact that this beach is full of life - from fishermen to dune buggy enthusiasts to clam diggers and surfers. Our enjoyment of this wonderland is only enhanced by watching the enjoyment of others.

And this house is special - 4 houses from the end of the road, this area of Oceano is quiet and serene. Two separate living areas create the perfect opportunity for hosting guests or family since each can enjoy some privacy. The ample outdoor space is perfect for lounging in the sun or candlelight dinners.

The Five Cities are each incredibly unique (Oceano, Arroyo Grande, Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, Avila Beach) and there is so much to explore within just a few short miles. Good restaurants and shopping are nearby and world renown attractions are within short driving distance. We never would have guessed that we could find a place like this is California - laid back but full of things to do and beautiful scenery to enjoy.
