Everything has been provided to make your experience very comfortable!

An open floor plan throughout the condo will bring the utmost comfort and enjoyment to your stay.
The view from the windows and the deck overlooking a swimming pool surrounded by tall palm trees is very relaxing.

The oversized Master Suite has a comfortable King-size bed, a large attached bathroom, and a private entry to the patio.

The second bedroom is also considered a master and has a Queen bed and a Bunk bed with a private full bathroom attached.

There is a queen bed in the third bedroom with a full bathroom just across the hall. It sleeps 10 comfortably in beds, along with the queen-size air mattress we provide.

An open kitchen with an island bar is fully equipped for any cooking. It is loaded with all cooking utensils and updated appliances. The dining table has 6 chairs with an additional 4 bar stools along the kitchen island bar, and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy meals. There is plenty of entertainment while staying at this condo. The spacious great room, cozy gas fireplace, and large flat screen TV is a great, relaxing atmosphere for the whole party.

The large deck overlooks the family pool and a playground. There is a BBQ grill and an outdoor patio dining set to enjoy outdoor dining, as well as some lounging chairs.

At first glance, the place looked really nice. We asked to check in an hour early and were denied. Once we checked in the water pressure for the showers was horrible. We got a three Bathroom place because the size of our group and we could not run more than one shower at a time. Two of the beds sheets were like sandpaper. The blinds in the master bedroom could not be adjusted to close all the way. The cabinet door that housed the TV in the master bedroom would slowly creep closed so you could not watch TV in there because you had to keep getting up and opening the door, it would not stay open.

The property is great. It is like all others at LasPalmas. Check in and communication with management is difficult. No one answers either telephone number. You can only communicate by text and answers or response come some time after the issue is raised. Water pressure in the showers is marginal.

Spacious, gorgeous condo! Fun property for families!

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms gave us more than enough room for our family! From the outside of the property, this looks like an apartment, but once you get inside there's so much space! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Beds were comfy. Entire condo was super clean. Loved having the family pool and playground right behind us, although we also enjoyed a fun afternoon at the main clubhouse pools. We appreciated having towels for the pool as the rental agreement said "no pool towels provided." That would be my only suggestion for improvement is to clarify that as we brought a huge bag of pool towels that filled the trunk space in our car. Other than that, we loved every minute!

Poor support from property manager

When we booked, the listing said ground floor unit, as we received more info about the unit we saw it was second level. We are Senior Citizens and my husband has trouble with stairs. I contacted the property manager to see if we could make a change. I was told no worries there was an elevator. Well.. the elevator was not working! Again I contacted the PM and was told he would contact the HOA to fix it. Turns out the elevator hasn't work for a long while and PM knew about it just lied to us. FYI, we had to enlist help from a neighbor to bring up our suitcases. Also, out of 4 TV's only 3 worked, again, PM said he'd fix them, we were at the unit a week and nothing changed. All he said was sorry...The gas fireplace didn't work (gas had been turned off) the faucet in the kitchen was very loose, and there was mold in the master shower.The unit was big, advertised sleeping 8, but in reality it slept 6 and the other two folks had to sleep on a blowup air mattress. I feel like the PM lied to us. We also found a note from a previous tenant that listed the same problems. REALLY?!, the cleaners hadn't even taken the note...did they even clean in that room? So, in all the stress about the elevators and TV's etc. and the lack of response from the PM is the WHOLE REASON for the bad rating.

Love this Condo, our Family will Definitely go back.

From the moment of walking in the condo looked beautiful. It was nice and Open and Welcoming. We were at Las Palmas resort with a group of people for a Softball tournament. Our unit was overall the nicest of all the ones we saw of all of our friends. We Loved everything about it and felt at Home as it was very Comfortable. We didn’t want to leave, and will definitely go back and rent same Unit. ❤️
