Throughout your stay, we remained in communication with you and responded to your messages, including sending maintenance to address the A/C concern. The building’s A/C system is centrally managed, which can limit immediate on-site repairs, but we did take action as quickly as possible within those constraints. Regarding the ants, we addressed this promptly by arranging treatment, which is standard in a tropical climate like Miami, especially when food is left out. We understand that these issues were frustrating, but we did make consistent efforts to assist during your stay. We always encourage guests to allow us the opportunity to fully resolve concerns in real time so we can ensure a more comfortable experience. That said, we regret that your experience was impacted and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving.
