Welcome to the Hideaway located at the Lost Key Resort in Perdido Key! A wonderful retreat awaits you at this coastal chic 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse that can accommodate up to 10 people & your electric car (there is an EV Charger-NEMA-1450 outlet in the garage). There are also 4 bikes for your use during your stay. You will have everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully-equipped kitchen, 2-car garage (with charging outlet) & private screened-in balcony. You're just a short walk or drive from the white sugar sand & emerald green waters of the Gulf.

This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, & Gulf Shores Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset & Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative & nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. When you enter the townhome on the ground floor you will go up a flight of stairs to the open concept living area which is comfortably furnished with a queen sofa bed, love seat & chair; dining table with chairs, bench seating, & a breakfast bar with stools. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances & all the necessary cookware & utensils to prepare a delicious meal! The main floor also has a powder room for your convenience.

Your rental includes free access to the Lost Key Beach Club - only 1/2 mile away. This open-air complex is a beachfront oasis available exclusively for Lost Key residents & guests. The Beach Club offers private beach access, swimming pool, locker rooms & showers, & seasonal beach service. There is a restaurant at the club for purchase of food, snacks & beverages. Complimentary shuttle service is available within the Lost Key resort year round. Hours vary by season.

Also, within Lost Key Resort, you will have access to a large, resort-style pool with hot tub, a state-of-the-art Fitness Center, Tennis & Pickle Ball courts (bring your own equipment), & an Arnold Palmer golf course. Lost Key was the first golf course in Florida to be certified as an Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary, and this recognition continues to preserve the natural environment & resources of the area. The new state of the art golf clubhouse features a full-service golf shop, men’s & lady’s locker room facilities with lounge areas, & a restaurant & bar with indoor & outdoor seating as well as panoramic views of the golf course.

When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or a round of golf there are 3 relaxing bedrooms to retire to. The master bedroom has comfortable bedding & a king size bed. The master bedroom suite includes the master bathroom with double sink vanity, & a walk-in shower. There is also a large flat screen smart tv to catch a movie.

The 2nd guest bedroom is also furnished with comfortable bedding, a queen size bed & smart tv. The 3rd guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. a pull out twin trundle and a smart tv. Both guest bedrooms have hallway access to a full bathroom with large vanity & a shower/tub combo.

We make it easy to say with us! Drive straight to your rental and access with a lock code. Prior to your visit we will send you your access codes.

Garbage and Trash Containers; Containers may be placed at the curb no earlier then Tuesday afternoon and must be returned to the respective garage by Wednesday end of day. Garbage cans may not be stored in the back of the Townhouse at any time. Violation of these rules: $50.00 per day of violation



Golf/Carts/Electric Vehicles: Golf carts are to never be parked or driven on the grass. Except for quick stops at a Townhouse where they may remain in the driveway, they are to always be parked inside the garage. Note the intent of "quick stops" is a stop of less than 15 to 30 minutes. Renters or owners who are renting a golf cart MUST BE PRESENT for delivery and pickup/return of a golf cart rental. Golf cart must remain inside garage at all other times, including immediately after delivery. Violation of these rules: $50.00 per day of violation

** House Rules: Minimum age to rent is 25. Reservations for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without an accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. Be respectful of the property & contents - it is someone's home. Respect your neighbors. No parties, events or smoking of any kind. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.
